According to @sleepagotchi Sleep Coach, I've just had a few nights of excellent sleep I'm still not entirely sure about the "perfect sleep" part, but at least Dino seems happy to keep getting new furniture for his crib And yes, it turns out my body can't function on coffee and Web3 energy alone Have anyone tried the Sleep Coach feature? How would you rate your own sleep patterns?

The Netherlands also has its Henry Nowak cases. In July 2020, 14-year-old Tamar from Marken was hit by a car on a dark dike road and left to die. Her body was later found in the berm. What happened next is deeply disturbing. The police initially told her mother that the driver was German. Days later the truth came out: it was four Iraqis in the car. The mother was told they withheld the real background because they didn’t want to create a "Wilders-effect" — they didn’t want to give Geert Wilders political ammunition. Even worse: evidence strongly suggests Tamar’s body was moved after the accident. The driver didn’t just flee, they dragged her off the road and left her there like an animal. The driver received only a €1,500 fine for looking at his phone while driving. He then disappeared completely. The fine was returned “undeliverable” and for years he was untraceable. Only after years of fighting by the family (including going to court to force prosecution), a breakthrough came in March 2026: the now 33-year old Jamal is finally being prosecuted for causing the fatal accident and leaving the scene. Just like Henry Nowak in Southampton — an innocent young person dies, authorities seem more focused on protecting a narrative and avoiding “political incorrectness” than on delivering swift justice. A 14-year-old girl dies on a Dutch dike. The system lies about the identity of the driver, gives him a slap on the wrist, loses him for years, and only after massive pressure does real prosecution begin. This is not just a traffic accident. This is a story about truth, accountability, and what happens when institutions put ideology before grieving families. Her name was Tamar. She was 14. She deserved better. ♡

Elon Musk identified which jobs go first, and it destroys every assumption about who’s safe. Musk: “AI is going to take over those jobs like lightning. Anything that is digital, which is like just someone at a computer doing something.” Not factory workers. Office workers. The people who spent decades assuming education and desk jobs meant security are actually first. Musk: “Anything that’s physically moving atoms… those jobs will exist for a much longer time.” Output is a file? Vulnerable. Output is physical? Protected. That’s the entire framework. Musk: “AI is really still digital.” AI doesn’t need a body. Doesn’t need an office. Just needs access to the same software you use. Executes faster. Never tires. Costs nothing to scale. But it can’t weld. Can’t wire a building. Can’t fix pipes or work soil. Musk: “Literally welding, electrical work, plumbing. Those jobs will exist for a much longer time.” Trades aren’t the vulnerable jobs. They’re the durable ones. Physical presence, real-world adaptation, manual dexterity provide protection no digital credential offers. Analyst, accountant, paralegal, programmer, anyone producing files and documents, automates first because digital work is exactly what AI does natively. Person moving atoms has natural defense. Physics, unpredictable environments, material resistance create friction AI can’t scale past. Person moving bits has nothing. No friction. No physical barrier. Just software AI already operates better than most humans. The assumption that desk work and degrees represent safety just inverted completely. College graduate producing documents faces faster displacement than the electrician producing installations. Society spent generations telling people trades were beneath them. Pushed everyone toward offices and screens. Turns out the people who didn’t listen built the most automation-resistant careers. Most ironic outcome of the AI revolution. The work society treated as inferior turned out to be the work society couldn’t replace. And the work society valued most turned out to be the easiest to eliminate.

Boston Dynamics has demonstrated its new Atlas humanoid robot lifting and carrying a 50-pound fridge. The robot uses its whole body to balance and move the heavy object in a natural, human-like way. Before doing it in the real world, Atlas practiced the task for millions of hours in a virtual simulation.

Elon Musk: "You're programmed to die. And so if you change the program, you will live longer." The body’s cells all age in perfect sync, no one has an old left arm and a young right arm. That means the aging clock is obvious and programmable. Musk points out bowhead whales live 200 years and Greenland sharks over 500, proving extreme longevity is possible in nature. He believes solving human semi-mortality is not particularly hard it's either a hardware or software problem we’ll crack with tech in the next decade. Key advice: “The important thing is not to die from something stupid before the solutions come.” In retrospect, the fix will seem extremely obvious. What do you think are we on the verge of rewriting our lifespan code?

Thanks everyone for another beautiful day riding this new wave together. For each its moments, I'm deeply grateful to God to whom belongs all the glory. I'm excited to sit down outside with some beverage and smoke trying my best to recount every moment, laugh, hiccup, random phone call, and how went activities planned far in advance. I did what I said I would & found ways to fish back out every single FB lost at sea - drifting further into past while we remained in full lock down by X's auto software. Note of how trivial importance are these social relics when we know we are aligned in the spirit/unbreakable ranks. Do not ever stress about these things in our community - because if not today certainly tomorrow you'll receive each direct interaction so you know I'm here. I know you're there. You will know each other. I'm truly satisfied feeling good day's work to go begin to tone down with perfectly even following & follower counts. Furthermore, I'm humbled we have surpassed 1.5K. How far should we try to go? It's a movement of the mindset, feelings in the body and heart, but no scary mask face or other homogenizing uniform - we recognize the truth & the beauty of certain differences among us occupying a very specific space. They are real & infinitely beautiful as we each are created in the Image; yet at end of day, to extent the value of separate human lives fall into tension, always they immediately net out to true 0 because every human no matter what is exactly equal. Maybe they can limit the rates, slow us down a bit, make me limp, holding onto their precious murky superiorities dissolving rapidly to sand within their grips. But they never can take away even a drop of our collective determination to bring the world together - finally in true peace meaning one founded on mutual respect & coexistence. I hope you each enjoy the next few hours wherever you are on Earth. Until you hear from me again, my brothers & sisters, big love, respect, blessings, health to all. You know last part: f*ck the rate limit!
