"Voice gets interesting the moment developers find interaction patterns that only voice makes possible." - @scottcjohnston We built a @DeepLearningAI course on exactly that. Voice for AI Agents and Applications, with @_ashwyn , @AndrewYNg , and @scottcjohnston. Most voice infrastructure out there was built for one job: replace humans in contact centers. Answer the phone, follow the script, close the ticket. Building voice into a real product is a different problem. This free short course is about that, giving your apps and agents an actual voice. You'll walk away having built: 🎮 a voice-interactive game where voice and mouse clicks run over one channel 🤖 a chat agent that gains a voice in ~10 lines, no touching your prompts, RAG, or tools 📞 an agent that makes real outbound phone calls and streams the transcript back live Enroll for free: We'd love to see what you build. Let's go 🚀

Grok Build new update brings a guided /tutorial tour, smarter search tool overrides, live workflow progress with one-click failed-run resume, and a wide reliability pass across workflows, voice, and tools Release Notes: v0.2.112 Breaking Changes: • CLI version policy now has separate soft update floors/ceilings and hard startup requirements Features: • New /tutorial slash command opens an opt-in nine-topic onboarding tour of Grok. • New tool_overrides option lets you set date cutoffs and domain allowlists for the agent's built-in search tools. • New toolOverrides option lets you set date cutoffs and domain allowlists for the agent's built-in search tools. • New config options let you add query parameters or environment-backed headers to custom model providers and control which variables reach shell tools. • Terminal and environment fixes are now consolidated under the /doctor command with clearer guidance. • Marketplace add now rejects non-git URLs at add time instead of failing later. • Slash commands can now show optional bracket tags (e.g. [new]) via config or remote settings. • Queued prompts now offer an [edit] mouse button alongside Send now and cancel. • Voice shortcut toggle in settings can disable the Ctrl+Space/F8 keybind without disabling voice entirely. • Image edit can now use a remotely configured model slug instead of the hardcoded default. • `grok doctor fix` can now repair common tmux clipboard and passthrough problems. • Per-provider auth helpers now work on Windows and can run from a configurable working directory. • /resume now shows only native Grok sessions by default and shows a hint when external sessions are hidden. • `grok --resume` can now resume a session by its title as well as by ID. • Workflows overlay now shows live per-agent progress and automatically follows the active phase. • Workflow runs that failed can now be resumed; scratch file limits were also increased. • Hooks can now be defined in config.toml in addition to JSON files. • Clicking the "still running" status now opens the tasks pane. Bug Fixes: • File attachments now appear correctly when resuming or replaying conversations. • Terminal output from remote clients is now recorded so read-file hints and monitors function correctly. • Background shell commands now correctly report their real exit codes instead of always showing -1. • Marketplace source refreshes no longer hang the TUI or trap you in the extensions modal. • Background task tray now correctly clears killed tasks and keeps task descriptions after reconnect. • Dashboard overlay now correctly returns after forking a dashboard-attached session. • Linux voice dictation now works on PipeWire versions before 1.6. • Fork from a rewound session now copies the correct live-branch history. • Account pane now shows name and email even after the access token expires. • Voice mode now lets you edit already-dictated text without closing the microphone. • Fixed startup hangs on Linux after concurrent launches or rapid restarts. • MCP tools now appear without restart after enrolling or updating a managed service. • Plugin subagents now see the same MCP tools as the parent session. • Copy confirmations now show shorter messages when the clipboard succeeds. • Repeated identical tool calls now end the turn silently instead of showing a stop banner. • Web search now defaults to grok-4.5. • Voice dictation text is no longer dropped when pressing Enter to send. • Bash mode (`!`) now shows yellow prefix and action label in minimal mode. • Parked turns no longer spam duplicate "Worked for" markers in the transcript.

RFK Jr. says HHS loses $100,000,000,000 a year to theft. He found some thieves would bribe poor people with flat screen TVs to get their patient numbers and enroll them in hospice. Then they would proceed to bill Medicaid "$6,000 a month FOREVER." RFK JR: "We shut down 800 hospices. You know what a hospice is? Where you're going to die. Typically, if you go to a hospice, you leave within 18 days because your dying is terminal." "We started looking at these hospices in Los Angeles, and the people never died. Two or three years later they were there, and we're paying $6,000 a month." "We found a hotel room with 29 hospices in it. I mean a hotel, every room was a hospice, and none of them had any patients. They were just addresses." "The guys who own them, they were Estonians and Armenians and people from Eastern Europe who were getting the patient numbers. They were stealing them from doctors' offices." "They were also going into poor neighborhoods in Los Angeles and they'd say to the people, 'We'll give you this $375 flat-screen TV. You give us your patient number and we're going to enroll you in this hospice. You don't ever have to go. We're just going to enroll you,' and then we'll charge Medicaid $6,000 a month forever. And the guy never dies, of course, because he was never sick." "We didn't get a single call from a congressman or from a business owner saying, 'Oh, you shut down my hospice and all these patients are on the street.' None of them, because they were all crooked and they knew they were crooked."

🚨 Here is the full 53 minutes of my crew and I exposing New York fraud, we uncovered over $190,000,000 in fraud as these fraudsters use the elderly and needy to commit fraud through adult and personal home care scams in NYC. Your tax dollars are paying for elderly Koreans and Chinese to play ping pong and do tai chi, while the fraudsters give $ kickbacks to those who enroll. Like it and share this video, the fraud must STOP. We ALL work way too hard and pay too much in taxes for fraudsters to steal from our pockets. These fraudsters have been able to defraud American taxpayers for years without any pushback from the public and politicians. Time is up. EXPOSE IT ALL AND END THE FRAUD.

Hedge fund managers, venture capitalists, and tech executives are pulling their kids from public and private schools to enroll them in AI-tutoring startups that pay staff to stop calling themselves teachers and face no state requirement to report how well any of it works. Alpha School, now in a dozen cities and expanding to nearly two dozen more this fall, charges $75,000 a year in San Francisco for two hours of AI tutoring followed by project workshops, using software that tracks how closely a child pays attention. Forge Prep in New Jersey charges up to $36,000 and promises graduates a $200,000 payout if they start a company instead of taking a job. Billionaire Bill Ackman has publicly backed Alpha. Neither school reports outcomes to any state, and Forge's own founder admits there is no data showing things are going well. Alpha sells home-schooling software on top of tuition. Forge's startup fund assumes graduates will found companies rather than join a labor market its own AI curriculum is designed to help automate. Alpha's spokeswoman says its families are overwhelmingly finance, venture capital, and tech workers, meaning the industry building the AI disrupting entry-level jobs is now selling itself a private curriculum to land its own kids on the ownership side of that disruption. Alpha's in-person staff voted to reject the word teacher, and its remote coaches monitoring the AI software are scattered across the globe. Stanford's Victor Lee says dropping the title diminishes the professionalism teaching requires. Stanford's Caroline Hoxby, who studies these programs rather than sells them, says there is negligible scientific evidence behind any of it. My take: The same investor class funding AI tools built to gut entry-level jobs is now buying its own children a private exemption from those tools' consequences, for $75,000 a year. Public schools absorb AI disruption unfunded and unreformed while this cohort builds itself an unaccountable alternative marketed as personalization. This is what class stratification looks like once it gets rebranded as coaching, guides, and life skills.

This is for the self-employed, freelancers, and those running their own thing. If that's you and saying "I don't even know what my benefits are", we're your solution.
