Police say the two "teens: rode past on a moped and threw what they believe was sulfuric acid at the group of women, then fled.
A neighbor said she heard one of the girls screaming: "It burns, it burns!!!!'
Six victims. All women and girls.
One rushed to the burn unit with chemical burns across her face and scalp.
Police say it was targeted, that it followed a dispute earlier that day so the teens decided to attempt to MELT THE FACES of six girls in BROAD DAYLIGHT on the street.
So far, police have arrested ONE juvenile.
A second attacker is still out there.
