Fairfax County Police announced the arrest of 19-year-old Alexis Antonio Cedillos-Campos this morning in connection to the stabbing killing of Carmen Lizet Puch on Monday and released a photo of his arrest. I've also included a photo of Cedillos-Campos from when he was in Border Patrol custody in 2024, courtesy of a federal source. NBC Washington reports Puch was 42-years-old and had a young daughter.
