I've been putting off my annual physical exam because who has time to call the doctor. Grok Bot looked up options, pinged me with 3 dates/times, then booked it (I just had to confirm Zocdoc on the last step). It created a calendar reminder! Mental load unlock: Moms, we often put off our own health/wellbeing. Finally! AI can help. I also had it schedule a hair appt and massage for later this month.
