为什么讨论 OKX 星球的人突然变多了？ 为什么 OKX 星球的最高任务是 DAU？ 为什么一个产品宁愿被骂也不要默默无闻？ 为什么感觉 KOL 的创作者收益更高？ 以后这种问题要怎么解决呢？ 我可能是全网最适合回答这些问题的人，甚至比他们团队内部的人都合适😎因为很多东西都是我给 OKX 星球提的建议，而且我不用顾虑任何舆情风险😂 我们一条条过 一、为什么讨论 OKX 星球的人突然变多了？ 最近一个月推特上讨论 OKX 星球的人越来越多了，原因是很多 KOL 晒出了创作者收益，一个周从几十u到几百u不等，看着不多但是一个月*4 就非常舒服了 这是引起讨论的决定性的原因，就像大家会讨论空投一样，所以创作者收益会影响大家的注意力，而且是每周不间断的空投 二、为什么 OKX 星球的最高任务是 DAU？ 但是为什么之前没人讨论呢？ 因为之前的创作者激励算法有问题，通过我的观察推断，之前的创作者收益是和带来的实际交易量挂钩的，所以以前创作者收益绝大部分都给到了带单老师和节点老师 这件事本身没有问题，但是策略有问题，你可以激励交易量行为但是你得知道你的最高任务是什么？ 在当前阶段，OKX 星球的最高任务是 DAU，所以星球需要激励那些能带来更多用户，带来更多停留时长，带来更多黏性的创作者 所以 KOL： - 本身就有粉丝可以带来用户 - 可以产出优质内容，让用户停留时间更长 - 本身的粉丝跟过来导致星球的黏性更强 所以从策略上也应该这样，如果按照空投的理解的话，那就是给那些帮助生态更大的人 所以一切的行为都要像 DAU 看齐，如果发生冲突，尽量让给 DAU 三、为什么一个产品宁愿被骂也不要默默无闻？ 新事物最好有争议 我看 OKX 他们挺紧张的，因为被吐槽了，我反而为他们高兴 星球终于被人看见了！ 我觉得最可怕的就是提都没人提起 就像现在没人再骂百度 AI 一样，虽然没人骂你但是确实已经社会性死亡了 所以我一遍遍的跟 OKX 星球反馈：要更加 Aggressive 一些、更有野心、更加激进 因为 OKX 星球现在不怕犯错，怕被忘记。而被忘记就是社会性死亡 四、为什么感觉 KOL 的创作者收益更高？ 回到今天推特上的吐槽：创作者激励怎么分给了这么多 按照我的理解这种事必然发生，每次空投都有 beef，到现在很多人都在吐槽推特的创作者收益不公平，但是依然不妨碍大家更加勤奋的创作好的内容 我觉得主要几个原因： 1️⃣ 首先 KOL 影响力很大，之前 KOL都没有😂现在有了，而且推特收益又这么差，行情也这么差，星球这么大方他们肯定晒单啊，所以你觉得都是 KOL 拿走了，其实没有多少 2️⃣ KOL 有了自己的方法论，每个 KOL 都会研究机制，会按照这个新平台去创作内容，所以他们的内容会更加符合平台的需要，平台肯定激励正向的行为 3️⃣ KOL 守规矩，我发现之前有大量的工作室，工作室可以一天发一两百条，就是 AI 垃圾，KOL 要脸不敢这么干 所以，幸存者偏差会让你有这个错觉，本身也应该倾斜给 KOL，KOL 会对生态的长期发展有好处 五、以后这种问题要怎么解决呢？ 不但要继续搞，还要大力搞 其实我给的建议更加的 Aggressive，只不过他们太温和了没有采用，但是我觉得大家会喜欢，会非常喜欢 谁说创作者收益就只能按照权重、阅读量计算呢？ 就不能有本周最佳创作者、最具话题性、最高质量等头衔么？ 这个给他 1000u 又能怎么样，还是从用激励池拿出来，但是激励作用非常大 这是什么呢？不就是推特前段时间的 1M激励文章创作者么？ 而且不仅要搞，还要到推特上提前预热，一个月的周期算的话甚至都可以 5wu，文章阅读量第一的给予奖励 这样全币圈都在讨论 另外，既然吐槽，就组织一个活动让用户当面吐槽产品同学不是更好么？既能带来更大的曝光，也能拉近团队和用户的距离 很期待赶紧组织这种活动 星球拉一个直播就行，还能让产品同学体验自己的产品👿 —— 总之，看到星球这个新事物被越来越多的人讨论为他们感到开心😃 希望团队更加激进一些，因为不怕被骂怕不被看见 以上。 @star_okx @Haiteng_okx @Mercy_okx @Jiajia_OKX @misaENFP
