Almost 12 years ago, I left @DRWTrading with @wesarn_real to start @digitalasset. @ShaulKfir joined us shortly after. The name felt right. The idea was simple but audacious: build a global settlement system that is asset agnostic. One that doesn’t eliminate banks, exchanges, and intermediaries, but tears down the barriers keeping people from accessing assets and settling at a fraction of today’s cost. A new financial world, built for the end consumer. We knew institutional adoption was the path. We just didn’t know how long it would take. We failed. We made bad decisions. There are things we would have done differently. But we never let go of our North Star, even when people around us were convinced we had no idea what we were doing. That focus, conviction, and most of all, patience, led us to launching @CantonNetwork. And the results speak for themselves. Today is a new chapter in that story. I’m proud to announce that @a16zcrypto is leading our latest round, joined by some of the giants of the global financial system, including @ABNAMRO, ADIA, @apolloglobal, @BNPParibasCIB, @Broadridge, @citsecurities, @CMEVentures, @cbventures, Green Wolf Asset Management, @Hanwha_Official, @HSBC, @icapitalnetwork, @LCVentures, @OptiverGlobal, @polychain, @R136Ventures, @SPGlobal, @sbigroup, @smash_capital, @SoFi, @Tradeweb, and @WilliamBlair, and others we’ll be naming shortly. Twelve years ago, I could not have imagined building alongside partners of this caliber. $CC today processes the highest fees of any institutional blockchain network. And we’re just getting started. What’s coming later this year is just as exciting. None of this happens without the builders, the ones who show up to weekly tokenomics meetings, dial into operations subcommittees, spend nights and weekends building apps on Canton, and show up on @X to cheer this ecosystem forward. You are not just supporters. You are partners. I’m honored to be on this journey with you. On a personal note: @a16z hits differently for me. Ben’s book The Hard Thing About Hard Things was one I kept coming back to during the hard stretches. Having his firm lead this round is meaningful in a way that’s hard to put into words. So I’ll let him do it: “The hard thing isn’t setting a big, audacious goal. The hard thing is spending sleepless nights trying to achieve it. The hard thing isn’t dreaming big. The hard thing is waking up in the middle of the night in a cold sweat when the dream turns into a nightmare. Motivating yourself by watching YouTube shorts or Instagram reels isn’t the hard thing. The hard thing is working every day and being consistent even if you feel like shit. The hard thing isn’t boasting you could achieve anything. The hard thing is working like hell to achieve something. The hard thing isn’t believing in yourself. The hard thing is getting things done when nobody believes in you, even when you doubt yourself. The hard thing isn’t telling yourself that you must achieve the impossible. The hard thing is toiling hard every day for years despite knowing that success is too uncertain.”

THE HAUNTING NIGHTMARE THAT TORMENTS ME STILL! The most painful memory from the night my boys were murdered is the cold stare of Rebecca Grossman right outside the ER. I stepped out to see my friend Maggy, who’d been denied entry because of COVID — and there she was. The woman who had just killed my sons. She KNEW exactly what she’d done since they told her at the time of her arrest. She KNEW who I was. I saw it. A female officer quickly spun her around so she couldn’t keep staring at me. I went back inside and watched my 8 year old Jacob take his last breaths. That moment HAUNTS me daily. But Rebecca doesn’t even remember any of it. How can that be?? Someone tell me! she clearly remembered which doctors she knew at Los Robles to call on them to get her out. She and her husband even accuse me of making it up on this prison call. Take a listen

🚨 BREAKING, Patriots! Joe Rogan just EXPOSED how Trump BLASTED through 56 YEARS of FDA Deep State gatekeeping with ONE TEXT — instantly offering FULL APPROVAL for IBOGAINE, the miracle plant medicine curing 80-90% of addictions in JUST 1-2 DOSES! Trump’s reply? “Sounds great. Do you want FDA approval? Let’s do it.” While Big Pharma kept Americans hooked for profit, President Trump is DRAINING THE SWAMP and saving Veterans + We The People from the addiction nightmare they created! This is REAL ACTION, not empty talk. WHO ELSE is fired up to see Trump finally crush the corrupt system?

Microsoft and security researcher Nightmare Eclipse are in a public fight over how security flaws should be handled. Over recent weeks, Nightmare Eclipse posted working exploit code online for several serious Windows bugs before Microsoft released fixes. The flaws affect major Windows security features like Microsoft Defender and BitLocker. The researcher says they first reported the problems privately but claims Microsoft ignored the reports, delayed responses, and shut down their bug reporting account. They then published the details and proof-of-concept code publicly. On May 27, Microsoft responded in a blog post, saying that releasing exploit code before patches are ready puts users at risk because attackers can immediately use it. Microsoft also warned it would continue legal action against those enabling cybercrime like Eclipse Nightmare Eclipse argues they went public because of slow fixes and poor treatment from Microsoft in the past.

GitLab has apparently taken down the Nightmare-Eclipse account just days after the researcher moved there following the GitHub ban. The drama started after Nightmare-Eclipse released several Windows exploits and Defender bypass tools, including BlueHammer, RedSun, and UnDefend. GitHub removed the account earlier this week over concerns that the tools could be misused and weaponized. Security company Huntress says some of the tools have already been seen in real-world intrusion cases, showing how quickly proof-of-concept research can end up being used in actual attacks.

@NightmareDEFI 解决了从加密到法币的核心痛点,一站式体验确实让资产流动更自由。
Security researcher Nightmare Eclipse, who has shared several zero-day vulnerabilities, had their entire GitHub account and all repositories taken down. They have now moved everything to a new GitLab profile at In a signed message on their blog, they accuse Microsoft of defaming them, mishandling vulnerability reports like CVE-2026-45585, revoking their MSRC access, and quietly patching issues without collaborating. They point to July 14 as an important date when they may release more documents or take things further. The post also mentions two other vulnerabilities called UnDefend (CVE-2026-45498) and RedSun (CVE-2026-41091).
