This is how they used the money: -Attend and host extremist group rallies across the country. -Grow existing chapters of extremist groups. -Create new chapters of extremist groups; Recruit new individuals into extremist groups. -Make donations to extremist group leaders. -Purchase materials for cross burnings. -Purchase materials to make Ku Klux Klan robes and hoods. -Create racist paraphernalia that extremist groups sold at rallies. -Publish extremist literature used in the recruiting of more members. -Pay everyday living expenses, which allowed the Fs to focus on their extremist groups rather than seeking other employment. They funded the groups they told the public they were fighting.

Elon Musk on how to recruit the best talent in the world: "For the really best people in the world, they'll want to know: is what they're doing going to matter? If they spend 10 years doing this, will it make a difference to the world? Will people notice? Will it matter?" Elon breaks down recruiting talent into three core things: As he puts it: "If you want to recruit people that are really talented and driven, you have to state what's the mission, what's the problem we're trying to solve, and just be clearly willing to pour a lot of Blood, Sweat, and Tears into it. And have a convincing argument for why it matters." The three major things for motivation: "First of all, somebody's got to look forward to coming to work in the morning. Are they enjoying the work itself intrinsically? That's very important. And the right work environment can really make a big difference there." Second: "They also feel like they'll receive fair financial compensation. The financial rewards are good and fair." Third, the one that separates good from exceptional: "For the really best people in the world, they'll want to know... is what they're doing going to matter? If they spend 10 years doing this, will it make a difference to the world? Will people notice? Will it matter?" The best talent wants impact, not just income.

Haven’t done an intro in a while, so here goes: • 33 years old • Married • Dad of 4 kids under 7 • Christian • Live on a farm in a barndominium we built with cash I spent years as a pastor before jumping into entrepreneurship. My first business was landscaping. Built it over 7 years to $1.95M in annual revenue, debt-free. Eventually sold it because I didn’t want the 5 a.m. starts forever or the responsibility of a building mortgage. Started a marketing agency next. Did well enough (~$20k/month), but I wasn’t passionate about it. Sold that too. Today I’m all-in on global talent recruiting. I’m more bullish on this space than anything I’ve done before. We help business owners hire incredible overseas talent through a simple one-time fee model. No ongoing recruiting fees. Clients save tens of thousands of dollars while often getting better team members than they thought possible. Outside of business, I’m a big believer in living below your means and avoiding unnecessary debt. We paid cash for our farm. Built our barndominium with cash. Not because debt is evil, but because I sleep better with margin and flexibility. At the end of the day, I believe everything I have belongs to God anyway. I’m just trying to steward it well.
