Comparison between GPT-Images 2.5 vs GPT-Images 2.0
Here's the prompt:
"Animate the supplied pixel-art heroine in one continuous 8-second side-view shot. Preserve her exact design, colors, proportions, crisp pixels, and outlines. Lock the camera and pale blue-gray background. Keep her full body near center, facing right, with no more than 25% horizontal travel. From 0–2.5s, run mostly in place with alternating strides and arm pumps. From 2.5–4.5s, perform one two-foot jump and land crouched. From 4.5–6.5s, perform one full forward ground somersault: hands down, tuck, roll over the shoulders, feet over head, and land on both feet. From 6.5–8s, rise into a balanced ready pose. Animate at exactly 6 FPS with 167ms frame holds, normal speed, and no interpolation, blending, optical flow, or blur. On every frame, shift the whole sprite slightly and unpredictably on both axes to create strong constant jitter, especially in the final pose. Only the heroine moves; the camera and background remain still. No cuts, cartwheels, aerial flips, scene changes, text, particles, weapons, duplicates, audio, 3D, color flicker, morphing, or design drift."

TALK ABOUT A WILD DAY.
&& IF YOU MISSED ANYTHING WITH MEMECOINS
I GOT YOU COVERED
between the Buy && Sell buttons....
> Robinhood memes ERUPTED the last 24 hours after Vlad Tenev in a recent podcast expressed outspoke support for RWA tied Memecoins... we saw coins like $INDEX, $PONS, and MORE go on absolute RIPPERS with PONS making new all time highs over 90mil mcap, and INDEX as the next big speculation for what could potentially get listed on Robinhood's app.
> $BLUECHIP on base, an RWA token paired to NVDA sitting at 6mil mcap, Coinbase highlighted their RWAs and the tokenized stocks on BASE's ecosystem. If BASE continues to have opportuntieis many are speculating on contineud success of RWAs and this one appears to be the leader on Coinbase's native ecosystem.
> $CMNS, a virtuals backed, solana soft shilled memecoin that the timeline was SLASHING and VOUCHING for one another all over the Crypto Twitter world. Currently sitting at 5mil mcap after its initial airdrop left many somewhat dissapointed given the small allocation size money wise. But overall many are still speculating this will be heavily pushed by Virtuals and Solana alike.
> Kylie Jenner's X account appears to have been hacked and she shilled a memecoin, and said she was on the pump fun app, both of which quickly appeared to be VERY false and dsicredited, and the memecoin promptly went to 0 EXPEDITIOUSLY... With some hilarious comments about people wantign to CTO the kylie jenner memecoin, yah this shits staying at 0
> It is ABSOLUTELY cat season across all chains, with $SUE a construction cat that was saved by a variety of workers and brought onto the team surged over 2mil mcap, $CETS the BnB RWA token that provides REAL gold continues to dominate with a cult community, and $CATE rebounding all the way back toward 70mil after the DRAMA around side wallet selling and Frank DeGods catching flack for selling shortly after a thesis that 'sellers were out of money'
> $DELTA ripped to a new all time high of over 8.4mil mcap. With an actual tech product that is similar to meteora for providing liquidity on tokens but on the Robinhood chain. Drawing comparison to $MET and other native Liquidity Providing tokens, Delta appears to be one of the more interesting tech products that provides actual infrastructure to Robinhood's ecosystem. If Robinhood is going to continue to get attention then many people are betting on this coin
Another lovely dovely day, between teh buy and sell buttons.
I'll see you tomorrow!

🚨 AN AMERICAN IN TOKYO SHOWED HER MONTHLY BILLS — AMERICANS ARE HAVING A MELTDOWN
A student living in Tokyo just posted her total bills for the month and the comments section is pure chaos.
Electric + gas (AC running nonstop in the summer heat): ¥8,218
Water: ¥1,232
Health insurance: ¥830
Phone (unlimited): ¥4,075
Amazon Prime + YouTube Premium + Netflix: a few thousand more
Grand total: ¥15,941 — roughly $100.
Americans are staring at the numbers in disbelief.
The same basic utilities and subscriptions in the U.S. regularly cost three or four times that. Even with Tokyo’s minimum wage factored in, people are saying the comparison is brutal.
Would you move across the world if it meant your monthly bills looked like this… or is the U.S. cost of living just completely broken?

Grok 4.6 just took the #
1# spot on CursorBench 3.2.....and the efficiency is insane
Here's the cost comparison:
• Grok 4.6 Extra High — 70.8% | $2.81/task
• Fable 5 Max — 70.5% | $17.32/task
• Opus 5 Max — 70.0% | $8.23/task
• GPT-5.6 Sol Max — 67.2% | $5.69/task
Grok achieved the highest score while costing roughly 6X less than Fable 5 Max and nearly 3X less than Opus 5 Max per task
That’s what makes Grok so powerful for agents
Top-tier intelligence is great.....but top-tier intelligence that can keep working across long coding tasks without burning ridiculous amounts of compute is even better
Grok’s agentic coding efficiency is insane

a reminder..
don’t be so quick to judge where someone is now, because you have no idea what they had to give up to get there.
the sacrifices, the lonely seasons, the things they walked away from, the pain they sat in when nobody was watching.. you didn’t see any of that part. you just see the result. and i can almost guarantee most people wouldn’t want to endure what it actually took.
everyone starts from somewhere, and just because you can’t physically see the pain doesn’t mean it never happened or that it’s not still happening today.
so give people grace.. behind every person is a story we will never fully understand, and everyone deserves a little softness while they’re living theirs 🤗

On tokens and prices per token.
I said I’d write more about this, so here goes: an OpenAI token != another model’s token. We compare AI prices in dollars per million tokens as if a token were a standardized unit, like a gram or a kilowatt-hour. It isn’t. Different models use and produce the exact same text using different numbers of tokens, which means a lower price per token does not necessarily mean a lower bill.
Imagine two identical pizzas. One is cut into 8 slices at $2 each. The other is cut into 16 slices at $1.25 each. The second place advertises cheaper slices, but the whole pizza costs $20 instead of $16. Bummer ... your stomach doesn't actually care about the number of slices you just ate.
I know you are hungry now, but back to tokens. In one small comparison spanning English, technical, multilingual, and numerical text, the tokenizer we use for GPT-5.6 Sol used 766 tokens versus an estimated 1,170 for Claude Opus 5. That's a very significant difference of about 34.5% fewer tokens. You can get the same exact text, but pay for all those extra tokens. The price per token doesn't really tell this story.
Even correcting for tokenizer differences misses the bigger point. What actually matters is price per successful outcome, and for that you can use benchmarks as a starting point, but really you have to try it and measure on your own use cases.
That's all. May the tokens flow.

I don’t think people realize how big a jump Grok 4.6 is. Look at this comparison with Fable on the same prompt.
They’re pretty close, but Grok took half the time at ONE TENTH the cost.
And I prefer a lot of choices Grok made:
- fills the hero image to the top instead of leaving an ugly white strip
- flat sharp tiles instead of the usual rounded card slop
- fewer pointless labels and elements, more restraint
- lighter text, less dense and overwhelming
Fable certainly has more depth if you’re trying to do crazy edge-of-distribution stuff. It’s a much bigger model. But for the majority of work, you can get Fable quality for a 90% discount. Just insane how much of a step up it is from Grok 4.5.

One BNB Chain metric that barely gets talked about:
BNB Chain has the highest stablecoin market cap bridged into the chain ~$11.1B, according to DefiLlama.
For comparison:
Polygon: ~$2.37B
Arbitrum: ~$1.06B
Solana: ~$724M
Capital goes where it can actually be used.
BNB Chain is quietly becoming one of crypto’s biggest liquidity hubs.

Impressive work!
For comparison, an H100 can do roughly 100-200 tok/s of Muse 30B for raw inference single-thread, going up to low thousands of tok/s with a large number of threads - and I am sure that for the massively-multi-threaded case they can optimize the prover further.
So we roughly, sort of, have single-digit (<10x) overhead for LLM proving!
Next step is getting single-digit overheads for FHE, and then ultimately vFHE (aka STARK * FHE). A crazy ambitious milestone given present FHE overheads, but because of how highly structured and almost-linear LLM inference is, it's closer to the realm of possibility than you might think.
Single-digit-overhead all the things.
