吴说获悉，Tether 宣布，KPMG U.S. 已完成对 Tether International 截至 2025 年 12 月 31 日年度财务报表的首次完整独立审计，并出具无保留意见，认为其财务状况、经营成果和现金流在所有重大方面均符合美国 GAAP。此次审计范围覆盖完整资产负债表、利润表、权益变动表和现金流量表，并对交易、系统、资产所有权记录、估值、交易对手及相关凭证进行实质性测试；KPMG 还对 Tether 持有的每根金条进行了实物盘点和身份信息核验。经审计财务报表显示，Tether 截至 2025 年底的储备资产较负债高出 68.14 亿美元。
