最近几天密集面试研发实习生，感叹后生可畏！ 参加面试的同学们基本是研二或大三，01-02 年、05-06 年左右居多，这些 00 后同学的想法让我很意外。 想想自己大三时，还在到处做促销和家教工作赚生活费，因为物理学专业本科不好找工作，也没实习单位，对秋招来迷茫的要命，完全不知道自己毕业后要做什么工作，更别说更长远的所谓「规划」，完全没有。 这些同学，普遍都经历过至少一段大厂实习，字节和腾讯的更多。在实习后，大多数都决定下一段实习找 AI 方向的初创团队（当然也有大厂 HC 紧张的原因），希望能通过实习转正留在初创团队，寻求个人更快的成长和拼一次能带来财务自由的长期激励。 谈及对大厂的工作感受，也普遍祛魅，不像 10 多年前我们对大厂的向往了，他们很多都受不了大厂繁琐的流程，也不愿接受自己长期只做一小块业务，看到工作了几年的 mentor 们，也明显不是他们想成为的样子。
