I have to say - for me it started 2 years ago. I remember the moment so well. I was on vacation in Montenegro. Early night. Everyone is asleep and I am on the balcony watching the cruise ships in Kotor bay as the horizon faded to dark. And I think it was Sonet 3.5 (don't quote me). I had just setup a plugin in NeoVim called Avante by @yetone . And it was magic. Coding with AI at the time wasn't the same - I was going function by function. I was accepting diffs one hunk at a time. But I remember that night - from 10 to like 2 in the morning - I built what I thought would have taken me a week (I was rusty and learning the stack). It was an internal tool - a partial JSON parser / repair tool - so you can take half finished JSON and safely turn it into something that would parse. It is more complicated than it sounds. Anyway. I was hooked that day. At the time I was an executive at a Fortune 50, so coding was not in my job description as such. I had hundreds of engineers... but I have to say - it relit my passions, and now as I am (hopefully) building another startup - I still love it. And I still yell at it. And constantly hunt where it is messing up the architecture and adding bloat and.... well you know how it is.

非官方数据推算：Bitget 这次被盗的 3.516 亿美元，大概相当于八个月利润 先说结论： Bitget 的被盗事情出现后，我就把 Coinbase、Bybit 和 Bitget 的数据放到一起交叉计算，估算出 Bitget 目前一年的利润大概在 5.3 亿—5.5 亿美元，这次涉及的 3.516 亿美元，相当于全年利润的 64%—66%，换算下来大概就是 7.7—7.9 个月。 以上数据都是我个人的估算，不代表是官方数据。 以下是我推算的过程： 2025 年 Bybit 被盗约 14.6 亿美元，当时 Ben 公开表示，这笔钱大约相当于 Bybit 一年的利润。所以可以把 Bybit 在上一轮行情中的年利润先放在 14.6 亿—15 亿美元附近。 然后用 Coinbase 的公开财报调整一下现在的市场环境。 Coinbase 2024 年交易收入是 39.86 亿美元，到了 2026 年第二季度只剩 5.99 亿美元。按照第二季度年化，大概是 23.96 亿美元，相当于 2024 年的 60.1%。 也就是说，如果用 Coinbase 的收入变化代表交易所现在赚钱能力相对 2024 年的变化，那么 Bybit 当年的约 15 亿美元利润，放到现在大概还剩： 15 亿 × 60.1% = 9.02 亿美元 接下来再比较 Bybit 和 Bitget 现在的规模。 TokenInsight 统计，今年第二季度整个交易所市场成交量约 16.5 万亿美元。 Bybit 市占率 9.81%，对应成交量约 1.62 万亿美元。 Bitget 同期成交量约 9,840 亿美元，相当于 Bybit 的 60.8%。 两家的业务结构还比较接近，Bybit 第二季度约 75% 的成交量来自衍生品，Bitget约 79% 。 最后就是： 15 亿 × 60.1% × 60.8% ≈ 5.48 亿美元 如果按照 Bybit 实际被盗的 14.6 亿美元计算，则是： 14.6 亿 × 60.1% × 60.8% ≈ 5.33 亿美元 因此我姑且把 Bitget 目前的年利润暂时估在 5.3 亿—5.5 亿美元。 对应这次 3.516 亿美元的损失： 3.516 ÷ 5.48 = 64.2% 也就是大约 7.7 个月利润。 即便考虑两家手续费、返佣、营销成本和员工成本存在差异，给最终结果上下浮动 20%，Bitget 年利润大概也就是 4.3 亿—6.6 亿美元。这样计算，这次损失对应的利润时间大概在 6.4—9.8 个月。 所以目前用公开数据去推，我会把这次 Bitget 被盗理解成 损失了大约八个月利润，这个金额放到 Bitget 自己过去的市场投入里可以得出的结论： Bitget 当年和 Messi 合作期间，曾经宣布投入 2,000 万美元做营销活动和用户奖励。这次损失的 3.516 亿美元，相当于 17.6 个这样的 2,000 万美元营销计划。 所以 3.516 亿美元用在 Bitget 自己过去几年的品牌投入里，已经是一个非常夸张的数字。 从这个角度来说，这次肯定不能算“小损失”。所以目前这个损失程度，我更愿意形容成，已经伤筋，但暂时还谈不上动骨。 希望 Bitget 可以安稳渡过这次事件，早日开放提款。这种对于交易所的攻击，说不定又是那谁谁谁了。
