I don't understand how this is possible. There's been two shocking court verdicts from Sweden lately. A man was set free by the court after r*ping a 14 year old girl. In the verdict, the court said the girl could have "just walked away". But a woman was convicted after WARNING about a man who was convicted of s*xually assaulting a 13 year old girl. The woman was convicted for defamation after she had warned about the man in a private group chat and must now pay compensation to the man and do 30 hours youth service. This just should not happen.

As of today, the so-called “affected users” are limited to the jurisdictions where Binance has chosen to implement these restrictions: Italy, Spain, France, Poland, Belgium, and Sweden. Users in the rest of the EEA can still sign up, deposit, and trade. Binance appears to have chosen to ignore ESMA’s public statements and prioritize its business interests over regulatory compliance.
