这两天正好一直在写RWA内容，刚好昨天币安就推出了bStocks，初接触我想很多人和我一样都有一个的问题：它在当前持续增长的链上证券代币化赛道处于什么位置？ 当我把几个竞品横向对比后，突然意识到：bStocks乃至其他类似产品，争的不是“谁是最好的代币化股票”，而是在重新定义“代币化证券应该怎么用” 我昨天写的RWA报告有个数据，链上前十的RWA资产DeFi的实际参与率仅不到2%，RWA喊了几年的“可组合性”，在实操层面仍近似一句空话 也就是说，当前的RWA资产，仅停留在[生息资产]的层面，资产的效益并未被链上的DeFi协议放大 它们只是从传统金融的“定期存单”变成了链上的“定期存单” 既然都转化成代币了，那想把它抵押出去借点钱怎么了？想把它加入LP池赚手续费怎么了？ 从这个视角看，有关这个课题，bStocks有着一个其他竞品无论如何都难以超越的优势(见下文)~因此bStocks也最有可能重新定义“代币化证券应该怎么用”的问题 _____________________________________ 1.从资产的转化动机出发 bStocks是采用了市场上我个人比较认可的方案[股息自动购入]，也就是你的股票转成的代币，股息的派发会自动给你置换成你所持证券代币 即:用户钱包里的bStocks数量会自动增加，不需要点击任何按钮，甚至不需要知道今天是派息日 这意味着即使你把bStocks存入一个借贷协议作为抵押品，它的底层价值也会随着每次派息自动增长。你的抵押品在“自我增值”，潜在清算风险是在自动降低的 本身币安现在就可以直接买美股，那在交易所里面把股票换了代币之后，我想不出不去链上还留在平台干什么 在bStocks这里，进入链上这件事是写入“基因”的 _____________________________________ 2.资金的流量入口 上面说的这个，对比其他的竞品并没决定性的差异，其他竞品也能实现一样的功能，具有决定性意义的是：币安本身的品牌和体量 币安作为第一大所，拥有行业内最多的用户体量，但其中绝大多数用户从未将资产从交易所提到链上参与DeFi等 bStocks提供了一个低心理门槛的入口——用户已经在币安买了美股，只需要点一下“转换”，就能获得一个可以提到钱包、可以存入协议的链上资产 这个“从CeFi到DeFi”的转化路径，比“注册钱包→学习新协议→买代币”的路径平滑太多太多 更无解的是，无论是钱包还是协议，一个币安的APP都配套好了... 把这些设计放在一起，你会发现bStocks本质上是在回答一个问题：如果RWA资产从一开始就是为DeFi设计的，而不是事后才被“塞进”DeFi，会发生什么？ bStocks把“RWA进DeFi”从一个需要用户主动“折腾”的事情，变成了一个“默认开启”的功能，并且在一个地方就能实现，减少了摩擦感 之前我以为BN Wallet将成为这个枢纽，当下我发现bStocks能够再向下一层打通 未来当链上RWA资产的DeFi参与率不再是个位数时，我们回过头来看，bStocks可能会被记住为那个推倒第一块多米诺骨牌的角色 _____________________________________ "RWA的未来，不是一潭静水，而是一条正在加速的河流。而我们才刚刚看到这条河的开始。" @binancezh @heyibinance
