今天聊聊我们和「微软」故事。 考虑双方仍处于合作关系，只说 10 年前的事情，但同样精彩。 如果，当初，我要是知道和微软合作，能让「数码荔枝」一年巨亏上百万 ... 我一定乘时光机回到过去，掐断那通电话。 但 2015 年前后，微软刚刚发布了 Office 365 订阅版。 为了全国迅速铺量，微软采用了极其激进的价格，大致在 30-50 元/年，销量极好。 那时，刚创业的我，整个数码荔枝淘宝店，都是月销十几笔的小众宝藏软件。 我们急需一些明星产品，提升店铺曝光，又能符合我们所要的「调性」 我自然将目光放在了 Office 365 上。 那怎么联系上微软呢？又怎么才能销售正版 Office 365 呢？ 比起第一个问题，解决第二个问题更紧迫。 于是，我一家一家联系其他销售 Office 365 的淘宝店，直接问他们买 200 套是什么价格 什么？你们还剩下 237 套？好的，我全要了。 然后，一箱一箱的 Office 365 快递到了我家。 盒子和里面的兑换卡片，我当时都拍照作为留念。 为了能对齐价格，当时我们的 Office 365 销售价，直接按进货价定。 上架第一天就有销量，且一天比一天卖的多。 虽然卖得多，但完全不赚钱啊 ... 一次次进货，纯亏物流快递费。 而且随着时间推移，成本水涨船高，单套的进价慢慢变成 70, 80, 100... 所以，我一直在寻找与微软的正式合作机会。 直到有天，我们遇到了一个推广合作伙伴。 他告诉我们，他正好是微软的 MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional) 而且，他正好也认识微软上海的销售经理，可以引荐一下。 但需要我们提供一份详细的自我介绍 PPT，然后帮我们约电话面聊。 我当时觉得，属于「数码荔枝」的高光就要来了，全然不知将要面对什么。 (未完待续)
