这期 @MSX_CN Pre-IPO，我想聊三件事： 1.估值贵不贵 2.额度怎么来 3.以及为什么我个人非常看重 Neuralink!! 先说估值msx 估值42B Neuralink 不是便宜资产：2025 年 Series E 对应约 96.5 亿美元估值，2026 年二级转让口径已经到 290–420 亿美元，甚至有买方按接近 600 亿美元找股份。单看数字，不便宜。其实我的目标估值是30B左右，有个比较明确的翻倍预期 但我的判断框架不是“现在 PE 便不便”，而是：脑机接口如果真是下一代人机入口，它不该按单一医疗器械公司估，而该按“神经系统操作平台”估。人体临床已经在走，截至 2026 年 1 月披露 21 名参与者；Telepathy 之外，Blindsight、语言恢复等项目拿到 FDA Breakthrough Device Designation；2025 年还有约 6.5 亿美元 Series E 补弹药。贵是事实，问题是贵得有没有逻辑。我的答案是：有，但要用很长时间去验证。 第二是 MSX 持有量和打新额度的关系，这点很多人会搞错。不是申购当天有钱就行，门槛是持有 1,000 枚 MSX 起，并完成 KYC；档位看 8/25–8/31 每天 00:00 快照的 7 日平均持仓。也就是说，现在还在快照期，临时冲仓拉不动均值。申购 8/31 18:00 开，9/6 00:00 关，成功后锁到 12/5 00:00。页面写的是“最高可申购额度”，不等于最终获配，未获配资金按规则返还。 最后说我为什么最看 Neuralink。机器人赛道现在卡在几个瓶颈： 1.训练数据是离散的，现实世界是连续的。虚拟世界里“移动 1 厘米”很干净，现实里没有标准的一厘米，所以仿真训练出来的精度，永远难和真实世界完全拟合。 2.马斯克给的路线图也很直白：机器人先去开星舰、开 Cybertruck、开 Semi，去建设月球基地；再往上，就是脑机接口操控机器人，往“赛博永生、机械飞升”那个方向走。这个路线图才是机器人赛道的正路！我最感兴趣的是脑机接口。它的公开演示和临床迭代速度，是独立赛道的，炒作还没完全跟上。 所以我的态度很明确：Neuralink 是我个人愿意用十年维度跟踪的标的。不止是msx，任意渠道估值只要不是太离谱，我都会参与一些。 这是我自己的判断，不构成投资建议。未上市公司估值和上市时间都不确定，仓位和流动性，自己算清楚。

Musk: “You can see in radar, you can see in infrared, ultraviolet.” Infrared is pouring off every surface in the room around you. Radio waves are passing through your body right now. Ultraviolet is painting patterns across everything you have ever looked at. You cannot see any of it. Your biology locked you out before you were born. Musk: “Superhuman capabilities.” The person born blind would not be restored to human sight. They would see more of the universe than any sighted person who has ever lived. The blind would out-see the sighted. You will not pity them. You will envy them. Musk: “Cybernetic enhancement.” Every human sense is a sensor converting the world into electrical signal. Replace the sensor and the brain does not care where the signal came from. It just processes. Your senses were never built to show you reality. They were built to show you just enough of it to survive. Evolution built a keyhole. We called it sight. Elon Musk is not fixing blindness. He is fixing sight.
