上午听讲座，被一位美国海军前情报官科普了「湿球温度」（Wet-Bulb Temperature）的概念。 歌词大意是：人体靠出汗散热，这个机制的极限是湿球温度35摄氏度。一旦环境湿球温度超过这个数值，即使是健康的人在荫蔽处静止不动也会死亡，因为汗液无法蒸发。波斯湾夏季，气温45-50摄氏度叠加高湿度，湿球温度可以达到或超过35摄氏度。 这压根就不是「很热很难受」，这是物理上人体无法存活的阈值。 这位仁兄掰开揉碎了将下一阶段伊朗反击的基本逻辑： 供电→空调→人的存活：海湾地区没有空调，人在夏季无法在户外或建筑内存活超过数小时。阿联酋明文规定夏季午间不允许室外劳动。迪拜的商店没有空调就不能开门，外卖公司给泳池运送冰块，室内滑雪场、公共降温中心是标配。 供电→海水淡化→饮用水：海湾国家饮用水几乎完全依赖海水淡化，沙特、科威特、阿联酋的淡化水占饮用水比例超过90%。没有电，没有淡化水，没有水，人在极端高温下的死亡速度会以小时计。 供电→燃油泵→后勤：军事基地的燃料、食品冷链、医疗设备全部依赖电力。 如果伊朗在六月至九月间系统性打击海湾国家电网： 第一个小时：空调失效，室内温度开始上升。基地备用发电机启动，但燃料有限，通常只能维持关键系统48-72小时。 第一天：没有空调的建筑，室内温度将在数小时内接近室外温度。对于驻扎在科威特、卡塔尔、巴林的美军人员，这意味着暴露在45-50摄氏度、高湿度环境中。 第二天：若电网未能恢复，海水淡化设施停运，饮用水供应中断。在极端热湿环境下，脱水和热射病的死亡速度极快。无论是美军士兵还是当地平民，生理上没有区别——湿球温度对所有人体一视同仁。 关键变量：美军基地有自备发电机和储水，可以撑更长时间；但「更长时间」是相对的，如果这是一场持续性的基础设施打击而不是单次袭击，最终的物理极限无法回避。 老子一边跟着美国军事专家学习战争常识，一边不由得想起你们美国第二任总统约翰·亚当斯的名言： "I must study Politicks and War that my sons may have liberty to study Painting and Poetry Mathematicks and Philosophy". 操你妈的战争贩子，无论哪国的。
