They don’t repeat “Allah is the greatest” and “There is no god but Allah” five times a day in Arabic for the whole street to hear. One is neutral sound. The other is a public declaration of religious supremacy and the rejection of every other faith. Ben nailed the difference. I’ll say it louder: You want to pray? Do it in your mosque! Do it in your home! Do it quietly like the rest of us!! But don’t turn our public streets and sidewalks into your personal broadcast system!!! Canada was built on Judeo-Christian foundations.
