Training world models needs egocentric video and dense action signals, synchronized. That data is genuinely hard to find. We built it from Counter-Strike 2 demos. CS2-10k: 600K+ player-round videos, 10K+ hours, per-frame annotations — keyboard state, mouse delta, 3D position, camera yaw/pitch. All paired to the visual stream. Why CS2 demos? Matches are deterministic replays. We can reconstruct first-person video and extract the exact control inputs that caused every visual change. No labeling, no estimation. We're also releasing cs2-dem-renderer — the open-source pipeline we used to build it. Give it a .dem file, it outputs .mp4 + .parquet. Run your own dataset at whatever scale you need.

I’ve been wanting to post and share a much appreciated shoutout to the @Azuki team, @g3nkitcg , the locals, online players I’ve met and @DragonKoiBoi for bringing me in to the community for the TCG vibes. As a non web3 person I still don’t know what any of that means but as a person who enjoys Azuki for its TCG prowess and heart I find a lot of joy returning to the tcg scene after quitting Yugioh more than 10 years ago. To pick back up a game, IP, tcg, and community it’s really amazing how quickly I fell back into wanting to learn every edge and corner of Azuki. As a competitive Yugioh player and ranked in competition in different levels of esports from counter strike 1.6/ source and nba2k. I’ve found that community and competition is what keeps players involved and interested. The amazing art, stories, IP , characters, and players all play a part as well cause what’s a great game without feeling connected to what’s happening as a whole. A dedicated team, a willing community , and competition are at the core of why I play anything I’m willing to invest my time into. Now the game play is what really makes or breaks anything when it truly matters. How do the controls feel of the game you’re playing? Azuki not only delivers, it discreetly has made a game that is easy to digest and learn without overwhelming you immediately only to slowly unfold into the garden it really is and not just the alley where you may stay complacent forever. It creates a game setting which tiers and favors the individuals who spent time and learn how to manage their alleys and tend to their gardens. Because growth matters and in the garden it pays to grow. My growth this season will be to master every element and win a local tournament with each element 5 times, current progress will be below.
