That is roughly $1.4B added in 12 weeks, going into Q4. @Ondo Finance leads with 25.9% and $928.7M. xStocks follows at 23.8%, @binance bStocks at 20.6% and Securitize at 12.4%. The top four issuers hold 82.7% of the market Ondo's lead is 2.1% over xStocks and 5.3% over bStocks. That makes it the leader in a three-way race rather than a dominant player. @BNBCHAIN holds 29.5% of the market at $1.1B. Ethereum is at 21.5%, Solana at 20.2% and Avalanche at 11.9%. Originally, I didn’t want to comment publicly on all of the drama. However, once there were multiple lies and false or exaggerated accusations, I felt I had no choice but to clear my name and state the facts with evidence so that we can put this issue to rest. Regarding the issue with C Ye at Venetian — the post below includes a link to a video from Xuan Liu, who is very reputable in the poker community and was there with me at the time. She can confirm that the floor staff told us they had checked the surveillance footage, and that the amount of chips C Ye actually had at the end of the game was different from the amount she reported to us. People have asked what C Ye’s motivation could have been for misreporting. I can’t say for sure, but I do know that in the days leading up to June 7, she was on a huge downswing across private games, HCL, and baccarat — easily over $100K of her own money. We also later got in touch with someone at the Venetian, who checked their internal records for us and found a record related to the surveillance inquiry. The record shows that the report was reviewed on June 21 at approximately 11:03 PM, and there is an internal report number associated with it. I also have additional evidence supporting my account that Venetian security did in fact help me review the surveillance footage. However, I gave my word that this material would never be shared publicly, and I intend to honor that. That said, we are willing to share the original materials privately with well-respected and credible members of the poker community who genuinely want to review the evidence. 🚨 MAJOR BREAKING: Premier League confirm an independent Commission has found Manchester City GUILTY OF ALL CHARGES related to serious breaches of the Premier League’s financial rules over a nine-season period, and the majority of charges in relation to its failure to co-operate with the League’s investigation. The club has the right to appeal the independent Commission’s findings and has until Friday 2 October to exercise that right. The Premier League Board’s intention is that the full process (including any appeals and publication of relevant decisions) is concluded as soon as possible. The independent Commission found that between Seasons 2009/10 and 2017/18: - Manchester City arranged ‘sham’ contracts (which misrepresented the true agreement between the parties) with a number of its commercial partners, as well as relying on ‘sham’ agreements with others, to artificially inflate the club’s revenues and reduce its costs - The club filed misstated accounts and concealed the true state of its finances from its auditors and football regulators - Manchester City was significantly in breach of both the Premier League’s and UEFA’s spending limits - During the Premier League’s investigation, Manchester City committed multiple breaches of its duties of co-operation and utmost good faith towards the League (three of the four alleged breaches were upheld)
