Vimeo has disclosed a data breach that exposed personal information belonging to approximately 119,000 people.
The incident occurred in April after the ShinyHunters group gained access by compromising authentication tokens from third-party provider Anodot, which monitors data anomalies for Vimeo.
A 106 GB archive containing email addresses, some names, technical data, video titles, and metadata was leaked. No video content, login credentials, or payment information were compromised.
Vimeo confirmed the breach on April 27 and disabled the Anodot integration
