我做过两个 App，两次改变了我的人生轨迹。 20岁时，第一个 App 让我从月薪4000元的锤子科技客服，变成了月薪8000元的产品经理。 十年后，第二个 App 上线第一个月，就给我带来了和做自媒体差不多的收入。从那以后，我不再需要依赖商单养活自己。 我 2016 年做的 App，叫 Cutisan，一个壁纸制作 App，那时候我20岁。 我19岁的时候，大专念了两年就主动退学了，因为我找到了锤子科技客服的实习工作。当时想的是我通过客服作为跳板，去锤子科技产品部工作。那时候罗永浩还没有给锤子科技招聘做学历限制。 我在客服部做了不到一年，认识了一个网友，他原先做销售，去北京报了产品经理培训班，学了3个月，然后找到了产品经理的工作。于是我也去报班学了产品。但以当时的认知水平，我其实听得一知半解。也不知道这学了3个月怎么就能去找产品经理的工作了。 我给产品部投过两次简历和产品创意集。第一次他们不缺人，第二次我进了面试，但最后，他们选择了一个有一年产品经验的人。 当时还有一个产品实习生的岗位，我以为，只有在校大学生才能实习，就没有投。而客服部有一个同事，和我的条件一样，报过产品培训班，他投了，过了，去实习了，后来转正了。 这件事情我耿耿于怀了很久，它对我的遗憾远高于没考上重点本科。因为我在20岁之前最大的梦想就是去锤子科技做产品经理。 也是那段时间，我想要做一个 App，把照片制作成这个样式，来解决当时 iPhone「把人像照片直接设置为锁屏壁纸，时间会挡住人脸」的问题。 我只有想法，不会设计和开发。幸运的是，当时我在微博上发了这个想法，有一个互相关注的微博网友，也是锤友，@随你们去，看了我的想法之后，私聊我想一起做这个项目，他可以做 UI 设计。我说好啊，那我找一个人来做开发。 我当时的前客服组长，离职之后报班学了 iOS 开发，我们三个一拍即合，把这个 App 做了出来，上线第一个月就下载了3万多次。不过那个时候是纯免费的 App，并没有赚钱。 虽然没去成锤子科技的产品部，但以 Cutisan 上线第一个月3万次的下载量，即便只是一个免费小工具，也足以证明我抓需求和从零到一做项目的能力，我得以找到了一份产品工作，从月薪4000的客服变成了月薪8000的产品经理。 对当时的我来说，生活品质大幅提升了，我还没拿到第一个月的工资，就刷信用卡给当时的女朋友买了三千多元的衣服，给自己分12期免息买了6000块钱的不锈钢 Apple Watch S2，分12期的原因是当时苹果还没推出24期免息。 如果没有 Cutisan，以我当时的简历，我找到产品工作的概率会低特别多。 改变我人生的第二个 App，是我去年发布的「去留」。 我一直都有在想，有什么 App 是值得做的，我真的挺想做一个删照片的 App，因为我觉得系统相册删照片麻烦，市面上的删照片 App 都不好用，但我梳理了需求之后，暂时也没想出来怎么做可以更好用。 去留的核心 idea 是来源于 flomo 笔记的随机回顾功能。flomo 本身是碎片化的记录，而不是很重的笔记，所以我会在里面记录很多我的想法，情绪。 它的随机回顾会给我每天推一组随机的笔记，我可以看到我以前的一些记录，可能看了之后会对现在的我有帮助，也可能会让我产生一些触动。 某一天用 flomo 随机回顾的时候，灵光乍现，如果随机回顾自己的照片，应该会很有意思吧？我完全不知道会看到什么照片，而且如果翻出来了废片，就直接删掉，等于是边回忆边清理。不需要专门花时间清理，却能达到很好的清理效果。 我搜索了一圈，当时市面上没有任何一个随机回顾和删照片的 App。这既可能说明，这是个很好的机会，也可能说明，这个方法没有市场。我相信一定有人想到过，但是没有做出来。 我决定要做，一方面是因为我用了几年 flomo，明确知道随机回顾自己笔记是多么奇妙的体验，我小时候也用过 iPod Shuffle，随机听歌也很有意思。另一方面，我把我的想法，和我四五个好朋友说了，他们一致认为这是好东西，于是我确定要做。 而我现在做 App 并不需要再找新人来合作，和我合作 Cutisan 的随老师，他后面自学了 iOS 开发，自己也做了几个 App。于是我负责产品和营销，他负责 UI 和开发，我们花了4个月的时间，做到了上线。 其实上线前我就很确定，去留是个好东西，它一定会卖爆的，它一定会有非常高的付费转化率。然而上线一个月的数据还是超出了我的预期。 第一个版本只做了随机回顾照片， 没有视频没有截屏， 因为功能少，所以只卖28块钱一年，第一个月下载量15500次，销售额8330美元，就是56000人民币。 这足以说明需求抓得好，产品实现得也好。独立开发者圈子都认为月收入5000美元是个坎，我们第一个月就过了。 为什么用户这么愿意付钱给去留。因为去留和照片整理赛道的其他产品完全不同。他们把相册看作一堆需要清理的文件，于是相应的做出了：按顺序浏览、按文件大小排序、按月份整理等功能。 而我们认为，照片首先承载着人们重要的回忆，只是相册里夹杂着一些不再需要的内容。清理不应该成为主角，我们应该让用户边回忆、边清理。 后来我们又做了很多原创功能。比如把视频单独做成短视频一样的浏览体验，刷自己的短视频是非常奇妙的体验。 我们还做了一个叫「回到那天」的功能。浏览任何一张照片时，只要双指捏合，就能看到那一天拍摄的所有照片和视频。一个偶然出现的瞬间，就这样重新变成了完整的鲜活的一天。（建议看视频，或者下载来体验一下，真的很神奇的体验） 对于爱拍照，照片有几万张的人来说，用那些按顺序删照片的 App 简直就是折磨，所以他们宁愿买更大的内存，开更大的 iCloud 套餐，也不想花时间删照片，因为几万张照片根本不知道什么时候是个头。 而我们很多用户都是随手拿起来就刷一刷，就像是刷社交媒体一样放松。看到过去的美好回忆，当下也会有点开心，顺手又删掉了一些照片。去留改变了删照片的性质，从负担变成了愉悦。 在过去的五年里，我是全职做视频，我接的商单不多，但也足以让我过上，在上海不买车不买房，能够在南京西路，静安寺这样的地段，和女朋友租9000元的房子，过得还不错的生活。当然我也没存下来什么钱。 去年，女朋友决定出国留学。后来，我们一起来到了西澳大利亚的珀斯。关注我的朋友应该注意到了，我今年只更新了几个视频，主要是因为做 App 需要投入的时间远比我预期的多。 它看起来是一个很小的 App，但是每一个产品决策，每一处的细节，都是花了很多时间精力的。尤其是大多数功能都是原创功能，从构想到落地，我需要花时间去遍历各种可能性，找出当下的最优解，是非常非常花时间的。 还好去留现在光是 iOS 平台的国区收入就已经养活我和随老师两个人，我接下来的核心工作就是做去留的海外营销，毕竟赚人民币花澳元实在是太肉疼了，一个麦当劳汉堡要七八十块钱，这谁受得了啊。赚美元花澳元就好很多了。以及和另一位伙伴对接安卓和鸿蒙的版本。 去留第二次改变了我的人生轨迹。如果没有去留，我真的得想象一下我现在的工作是什么，今年数码赛道显然是有明显下滑了，我估计应该转型做 AI 博主了，那在这边也是能接到商单的。 不过我更喜欢现在的生活，没有人给我定 deadline，没有人可以要求我做什么，我完全掌控自己生活和工作的节奏。这是我梦寐以求的生活，我做到了。 我的视频不会停止，只是会放慢速度。因为我认为公开表达是一辈子的事。如果有合适的商单就接，没有的话就做我自己想做的选题。 最近我也在准备一期澳洲生活的 vlog，因为这里的生活和中国很不一样，有很多值得分享的事情。今年的 iPhone 折叠屏如果有意思，我应该还是会买来做视频。这里顺便征集一个植入广告位，比如什么充电器，手机配件，二手平台什么的，如果没有的话，到时候我就植入去留。 我还记得，19岁的时候，我写过一篇短文。里面说，我想去手机公司做产品经理；如果实在找不到产品经理的工作，做数码编辑也行。 十年后我才发现，原来最好的工作是自己创造的工作。 回头看，我完全活成了当年想成为的样子， 甚至比当年想象的，还要多一些。

Last night Apple briefly removed Telegram from the AppStore because a user had planted illegal porn in a public chat. Telegram was restored within hours. But I want to explain what happened — to warn other app developers and help protect online communities from similar attacks. Because Telegram quickly removes illegal content from public groups using all kinds of moderation tools, the attacker had to resort to a technical trick. He inserted AI-modified illegal content by editing an old message in an active group chat. As a result the content was effectively hidden from the group’s members, preventing them from seeing/reporting it. The attacker was a takedown extortionist: someone who demands ransom from group owners in exchange for not targeting their communities. These extortionists use automated accounts to plant illegal content in public groups and then report it directly to Apple, attempting to trigger the removal of legitimate communities whose owners refused to pay them. From a practical standpoint, illegal pornographic content in Telegram’s public groups is not a systemic problem. Our moderation is effective. The fact that attackers must resort to backdated, effectively invisible content and other technical tricks proves this. ⚠️ However, there are two important lessons here for app developers and online communities: — Extortionists have found a way to manipulate Apple into overreacting. Apple removed Telegram from the App Store before contacting us. This creates a potential systemic risk for every mobile app that hosts user-generated content. If an app used by more than a billion people can be removed from the App Store without prior warning, any app can be. — The tactics used by takedown extortionists are evolving, putting communities across social platforms at risk. Telegram has extensive experience identifying the tricks used by coordinated reporting gangs and protecting legitimate communities (even when doing so risks our own app being temporarily removed from the App Store). Other platforms may not be equally prepared. Stay vigilant! ☝️
