I wanted to push Grok to its limits to create a longer-form video, beyond the current 30-second limits of Grok Imagine in a single generation. The idea was to bring the full SpaceX and Tesla ecosystem together in one short film: a massive Starship fleet launching from Earth to serve as boosters for a giant Cybertruck “space station” acting as the mothership to Mars. The Cybertruck then transforms into a large Optimus robot that joins other giant Optimus robots already on Mars and explores a futuristic colony featuring xAI, the Boring Company, Tesla Energy, Neuralink, and Starlink. This project took over four weeks and hundreds of attempts to get each segment and detail right and to flow from one part to the next as seamlessly as possible before stitching them into a coherent story. I am not a professional designer or filmmaker by any shape or form. In fact, quite the opposite. But it showed me that you don’t need to be a pro to create something meaningful with Grok. It’s a remarkable creation and was there helping at every step. Tesla is now officially selling used Cybertrucks directly from its inventory. Tesla will transport one to any Tesla delivery location of your choice in the continental US for up to $2,500. Prices currently start at $66,200 for a used Foundation Series with 2,566 miles, and peak at $94,800 for a used Cyberbeast (non-foundation series) with 5,256 miles. There are various Foundation and non-Foundation Series trucks available, including 2024 and 2025 model year trucks. (The $2,500 delivery transportation fee is an estimate and will be confirmed once an order is placed)

🇺🇸 Tesla quietly filed a patent that could cut battery production costs by nearly half. The breakthrough is a new way to make battery cathodes without toxic liquid solvents, using a microscopic "spider web" structure that binds the materials together instead. It also triples manufacturing speed and could shrink the physical footprint of battery factories by up to 50%. It's not a lab experiment either. Gigafactory Texas is already mass-producing these cells for select Model Y vehicles, with Cybertruck, Cybercab, and Semi rollout expected through 2026 and 2027.
