It's been a rough year, but I am still here! I was laid off from my job over a year ago. They moved my operation center to India and I haven't been able to find a job since. In my last attempt, I went through 3 rounds of interviews for a Systems Engineer position. The recruiter informed me I was the best candidate by far. 2 weeks and some days after the third interview I was told I didn't get the position. And that was just this week. At this moment is when I have decided that I need to pursue something I am passionate about. I want to create my own animation studio. I have written several short stories that I want to bring to life and some music videos I'd need to purchase rights to, to use the music for, but I need help! Lore behind the name 🎬 EPISODE 88. @merheb • What’s the story behind your name? - Quick history: when I joined the space in 2021, I used to go by “MysticMac.” Then my X account got suspended in 2022, so I rebranded to “Merheb.” The story behind Merheb is simple. It’s my family name. It has different meanings in Arabic, but one of the main ones is “scary.” I chose it with pride. I wanted to be the first one in my bloodline to put the name onchain and make money from magic internet money. • What would you highlight right now among the things you’re building and consider truly important? - Coming from a tech background, and after working across community, social media, partnerships, business development, and sales, my focus right now is pretty simple: Helping brands grow through attention, personality, and content people actually enjoy watching. That’s what I’m building through UGC, streaming, and podcasting with FUNonchain, which I started in late 2024. It’s a media-first approach focused on real conversations, entertaining content, and making complex ideas easier for people to connect with. I’m also expanding beyond X, especially through daily prediction markets videos on TikTok. I think the upside there is insane. Prediction markets feel like one of the easiest and closest ways for everyday consumer to make money online. On the other hand, I’m also using my network to help Hamieverse grow as an IP, while continuing to develop my sales and closing skills, which I believe are becoming a real need in this space.

🔥😈 “Beautiful Sinner” is officially out now on BandLab. 😈🔥 This project has been four and a half years in the making. For most of that time, I chased perfection. In a lot of ways, I still do. But when you spend nearly five years creating something, you grow as a person. The lyrics I write today don’t always reflect the same mindset, emotions, or experiences that shaped this album when it began and what I wanted to portray with it. At a certain point, I realized that if I kept waiting for everything to be perfect, this project would never be released. One thing I’m proud of is that this album was created with zero AI involvement. Every lyric, concept, and creative decision came from me. Making music is difficult, far more difficult than many people realize and I believe the struggle, passion, and human experience behind the art is what gives it meaning. That’s something I never wanted to compromise. This album revolves around a character “The Mind,” a persona that has been with me throughout all six years of my music journey. Two years ago, I released a self-titled project called The Mind, which has since been removed. Looking back, I don’t think that project fully captured the character I wanted to create. Beautiful Sinner feels much closer to the vision I originally had. As for what’s next, I think this may be the final chapter for The Mind. Moving forward, I don’t know what name I’ll create music under or what direction the music will take, but I feel ready for something new and fresh. I will be posting the next album or project onto Apple Music, Amazon Music and Spotify. I want the next album to be taken more seriously. This album I just put out feels more like a test run and a way to get some experience under my belt pertaining to music creation and lyricism. For now, I just want to thank everyone who takes the time to listen. Whether you’ve been here from the beginning or you’re hearing my music for the first time, I truly appreciate the support. I would also like to thank vague, we have always bounced creative ideas off of each other and have always supported each others dreams, goals, and aspiration. He is the person that got me into music. I will be thank-full to him forever. Thanks everyone for another beautiful day riding this new wave together. For each its moments, I'm deeply grateful to God to whom belongs all the glory. I'm excited to sit down outside with some beverage and smoke trying my best to recount every moment, laugh, hiccup, random phone call, and how went activities planned far in advance. I did what I said I would & found ways to fish back out every single FB lost at sea - drifting further into past while we remained in full lock down by X's auto software. Note of how trivial importance are these social relics when we know we are aligned in the spirit/unbreakable ranks. Do not ever stress about these things in our community - because if not today certainly tomorrow you'll receive each direct interaction so you know I'm here. I know you're there. You will know each other. I'm truly satisfied feeling good day's work to go begin to tone down with perfectly even following & follower counts. Furthermore, I'm humbled we have surpassed 1.5K. How far should we try to go? It's a movement of the mindset, feelings in the body and heart, but no scary mask face or other homogenizing uniform - we recognize the truth & the beauty of certain differences among us occupying a very specific space. They are real & infinitely beautiful as we each are created in the Image; yet at end of day, to extent the value of separate human lives fall into tension, always they immediately net out to true 0 because every human no matter what is exactly equal. Maybe they can limit the rates, slow us down a bit, make me limp, holding onto their precious murky superiorities dissolving rapidly to sand within their grips. But they never can take away even a drop of our collective determination to bring the world together - finally in true peace meaning one founded on mutual respect & coexistence.
