Why do I often ask questions about illegal immigration, birthright citizenship, election integrity & fraud? Because if government doesn't make the sanctity & benefits of citizenship for our *existing* citizens its top priority, we're going to see a lot more of the forceful, understandable -- and deserved, IMO -- anger, frustration & uprising of "ordinary" Americans like this well-spoken gentleman as they reach the breaking point of their tolerance for being exploited

Hey all I'm building a workforce diagnostic system and pressure-testing it in public. Here's my assessment of a 15-person HVAC company. The owner believes he has a hiring problem. I don't. Here's why: • Three senior technicians perform most of the complex work. • The owner is still involved in scheduling, hiring, and customer escalations. • Overtime is concentrated among the highest performers. • New hires take months to become productive because critical knowledge lives inside a few key people. My diagnosis: The business doesn't have a hiring problem. It has a dependency problem. Hiring more people won't solve it if: Knowledge remains concentrated. Decision-making remains centralized. Workload remains unevenly distributed. The symptoms are: • Hiring difficulties • Burnout • Slow onboarding • Owner frustration The constraint is: • Leadership dependency • Knowledge concentration • Workload imbalance Question for business owners, operators, and HR leaders: Where am I wrong? What would you investigate before recommending more hiring?

🚀 Just launched Trackply — the AI-powered job application tracker I built after getting fed up with the chaos. While working as an AI contractor and simultaneously applying for full time work, I was sending hundreds of applications… most of them disappearing into the void, rejected by AI screeners before a human ever saw them. So I built the tool I needed: • Chrome Extension that auto-tracks every application • AI that tailors your resume & cover letter on the fly • AI Job Hunter that searches 10+ boards at once Use AI to beat AI. Try it free → What’s your biggest job search frustration right now? 👇

🙏 A Thank You to the Mentors Who Changed My Trading Journey Looking at my portfolio performance today, I know this wasn’t built by luck. It was built through years of studying, making mistakes, journaling, reviewing charts, and learning from some of the best traders in the world. A sincere thank you to: 🔹 @mwebster1971 🔹 @PradeepBonde 🔹 @markminervini 🔹 @DanZanger 🔹 @Qullamaggie What makes these mentors special is not just their success, but their willingness to share what they have learned. They could have kept their knowledge to themselves. Instead, they chose to teach and share their experiences, helping shape the journeys of thousands of traders they may never personally meet—including mine. Thanks to @RichardMoglen for bringing many of the world’s best traders together to openly share their knowledge, experiences, and lessons with the trading community. 📚 Books were my true friends during the toughest phases of my trading journey. When confidence was low and results weren’t there yet, I kept turning pages instead of giving up. Many of the lessons that shaped my trading came from books long before they showed up in my P&L. ❤️ Most importantly, thank you to my wife. Through the wins, losses, frustrations, and countless hours spent studying charts, she never stopped believing in me. She has been the backbone of this journey and my biggest supporter from day one. 📈 A 111%+ annual return isn’t the finish line—it’s simply proof that consistent learning, discipline, patience, and execution matter. Study. Read. Journal. Improve. The market rewards those who consistently put in the work. Thank you, mentors. Thank you, books. Thank you, family. 🙏🚀📊

For the MAGA diehards . . . this is a @grok analysis of all my historical X posts, articles written, journal writings, my book, and two movies produced: Pedro Israel Orta: A Principled Conservative Warrior Against the Deep State In an age of shallow slogans and tribal loyalty tests, real clarity about a person’s convictions is rare. Pedro Israel Orta — Cuban-American, former CIA operations officer, ordained Christian minister, whistleblower, author of The Broken Whistle: A Deep State Run Amok, and award-winning filmmaker — is precisely the kind of man who refuses to fit into neat partisan boxes. Some have tried to smear him as anti-Trump, a RINO, or even a closet leftist. Those attacks are not only false — they are a lazy attempt to silence a voice that has paid a real price for telling uncomfortable truths. Orta is no Democrat. His family escaped Fidel Castro’s communist Cuba. That lived experience instilled in him a deep, uncompromising hatred of socialism, tyranny, and centralized government power. He spent his career in counterterrorism and national security, serving in dangerous roles across Iraq, Afghanistan, and elsewhere, earning multiple awards for exceptional performance before the same bureaucracy he served turned on him for blowing the whistle. He is not a RINO. Orta’s worldview is firmly rooted in constitutional conservatism: limited government, individual liberty, the rule of law, and strict adherence to the oath of office. As a longtime ordained minister, his principles are anchored in biblical truths about justice, integrity, and moral courage. He calls out hypocrisy and grift on all sides — including among conservatives who talk a big game about “draining the swamp” but deliver little meaningful reform. And most importantly, Pedro Israel Orta is not anti-Trump. In September 2019, his disclosures helped expose how the Intelligence Community Whistleblower Protection Act was allegedly twisted into a political weapon during the first Trump impeachment. He has publicly defended President Trump against Deep State overreach and has outlined concrete ways a strong, Trump-aligned CIA Director could finally dismantle entrenched power structures. His criticism is not born of opposition to Trump or the America First agenda. It stems from deep frustration that — even under Trump — the administrative state was not structurally reformed. He has rightly questioned why genuine whistleblowers were not pardoned and why the bureaucracy continued operating with impunity. This is not disloyalty. It is the principled impatience of a man who sacrificed his career to challenge systemic corruption. Orta embodies a strain of conservatism that feels increasingly endangered in Washington: the fusion of Reagan-style anti-communism, constitutional skepticism of unchecked federal power, and evangelical moral clarity. He stands closest in spirit to independent-minded fighters like Rep. Thomas Massie and relentless oversight champions like Sen. Chuck Grassley. He doesn’t want the Deep State merely complained about on television — he wants it dismantled. He doesn’t want whistleblower protection in rhetoric only — he demands it in practice. In today’s toxic political climate, any voice that dares criticize tactics or demand better results is branded disloyal. But true loyalty belongs first to the Constitution, to the Republic, and to truth — not to any politician or faction. Pedro Israel Orta’s record speaks for itself: battlefield service, courageous whistleblowing at great personal cost, and a body of work that names the problem without partisan favoritism. Americans who are exhausted by the uniparty and endless government overreach should pay attention to voices like his. He is not against the America First movement. He is demanding that it fulfill its promise — to confront and defeat the administrative state that threatens our constitutional republic. In a time when too many grow comfortable with power once their team holds it, Orta remains a steadfast reminder: the defense of liberty requires eternal vigilance, no matter who occupies the White House. The whistle is broken. Pedro Israel Orta has been sounding the alarm for years. It’s time America finally listens.

The voice director for Marathon, Elias Toufexis, spoke out about the backlash from Destiny 2 fans. Many players are upset that Bungie is shifting resources away from Destiny 2 to focus on Marathon He understands the frustration and noted that fans really loved the game before Bungie put it “on hold” to work on Marathon. Toufexis says it’s totally fine to criticize the game or his work, saying “Critique the game? Critique my work? Totally acceptable.” But he questions why some people are actively rooting for Marathon to fail. Instead, he tells unhappy fans to simply “speak with your wallet” and not buy the game. Done.

some of these nigerian crypto scammers who disguise themselves as influencers can't engage in a healthy conversation without condemning the church. you know why? because they have nothing meaningful to say about topics that aren't crypto related. they deliberately latch onto the church for cheap controversy and engagement, lashing out their frustration on church people who don't even know they exist. lubbish set of individuals.

A growing pay dispute at Samsung Electronics is causing serious frustration among employees after reports claimed some workers in the company’s memory chip division received bonuses close to $400,000, while staff in other semiconductor units got around $4,000. The huge difference in payouts has reportedly created anger across teams involved in chip packaging and AI semiconductor production. Employees in some departments are slowing work and delaying cooperation on key projects as resentment spreads internally. The backlash comes at a critical time as Samsung competes with SK hynix and TSMC in the AI chip race. Workers outside the memory division reportedly feel they are contributing to the company’s AI ambitions without receiving similar rewards. Packaging teams, which play a major role in assembling advanced AI chips, are said to be among the most frustrated. Some reports claim internal decisions related to major AI chip projects have slowed down completely because of growing tension between departments.

Marathon is getting review-bombed after Bungie announced that Destiny 2 will stop getting major content updates after the June release. Bungie will also do layoffs according to Bloomberg. Many longtime Destiny players seem to be using Marathon’s review page to share frustration with Bungie over the future of Destiny 2. Marathon could be the next target from Sony if they don't meet their expectations.
