Hooked at last. Authorities have arrested a man accused of illegally catching and "wrestling" protected sharks after surveilling him for months in Washington state. Prosecutors say he posted videos online showing himself holding a shark's mouth open, sitting on its back, and dragging it onto shore by its tail as it struggled to escape.
