Robinhood 做公链这件事，我觉得整个市场都低估了。 很多人看到新闻的第一反应是： HOOD 发了一条 Layer2。 但我认为，他们真正想做的根本不是一条公链，而是——链上纳斯达克（Onchain Nasdaq）。 这才是真正值得关注的地方。 ⸻ 过去几十年，美国股票交易的底层架构几乎没有变化。 用户下单 → 券商 → 交易所 → 清算机构 → T+1 结算。 Robinhood 想改变的，就是这个底层架构。 7 月 1 日，Robinhood Chain 正式主网上线，这是一条基于 Arbitrum Orbit 技术栈搭建的以太坊 Layer2，专门为股票、ETF 等传统证券资产的 Token 化而生。 未来，一股苹果、一股英伟达、一股特斯拉，本质上都可以变成链上的一个 Token，7×24 小时不间断交易，且面向 120 多个国家和地区开放（目前美国用户尚未包含在内）。 股票第一次真正变成可以自由组合（Composable）的资产。 它不仅可以买卖，还可以： • 24×7 全天候交易 • 用作抵押借贷（Robinhood 已经上线了年化约 7% 的链上借贷产品） • 参与 DeFi • 提供流动性（LP） • 被 AI Agent 自动管理和配置资产 股票不再只是股票，而会变成链上的金融乐高。 不过这里有个细节值得注意：目前这些 Stock Token 在法律结构上更接近一种追踪股价表现的债权凭证，而非直接的股权本身，持有者并不享有股东权利。这也是为什么 Robinhood 选择用 HOOD 股价来承载市场对这条链的想象，而不是发一个链上原生代币——你买的其实是”Robinhood 这家公司能不能把这件事做成”，而不是这条链本身的代币。 ⸻ 很多人喜欢把 Coinbase 和 Robinhood 放在一起比较。 但我觉得，两家公司已经走向了两条完全不同的道路。 Coinbase 想做的是： 把互联网搬到链上。 Base、USDC、DeFi、支付、Social…… 打造开放的链上经济。 而 Robinhood 想做的是： 把华尔街搬到链上。 股票、ETF、RWA、链上证券、链上结算。 未来真正竞争的，不是谁手续费更低，而是谁能够成为全球金融资产发行和流通的平台。 ⸻ 还有一点，我觉得市场很多人没有意识到。 Robinhood Chain 并不是新的 Layer1。 它选择的是 Ethereum + Arbitrum Orbit（Gas 依然用 ETH 结算，这一点和大多数 Orbit 链选择自定义 Gas 代币不同）。 这意味着什么？ 它不是在和以太坊竞争，而是在给以太坊生态增加一个大型金融应用。 最近几年，我们已经看到越来越多传统金融资产选择部署在以太坊生态： • 稳定币 • RWA • 链上基金 • Tokenized Stocks 如果未来越来越多金融机构都沿着这条路线发展，那么 ETH 的定位，可能越来越像互联网时代的 TCP/IP。 平时没人讨论它，但越来越多的金融资产都会运行在它之上。 ⸻ 所以，我越来越相信一件事： 未来十年最大的叙事，不一定是 Meme。 也不一定只是 DeFi。 真正值得关注的，可能是： Wall Street Onchain（华尔街上链）。 Robinhood 和 Coinbase，只是两个不同方向的入口。 一个负责把互联网搬上链。 一个负责把华尔街搬上链。 如果这个趋势成立，那么加密行业下一轮真正的竞争，将不再是谁有更多 Meme，而是谁能够承载全球金融资产。 ⸻ 最后说一个我自己的判断。 如果未来 Robinhood 真的能够把数千万券商用户、数千亿美元甚至更大规模的证券资产逐步迁移到链上，那么它的竞争对手可能就不再只是其他互联网券商，而是传统证券交易和清算体系本身。 到那个时候，Robinhood 的估值逻辑也可能需要被重新定义——它不再只是一家券商，而更像一家全球金融基础设施公司。 而对于 ETH 来说，我认为真正的价值也不会只是 Gas Fee，而是逐渐成为全球金融资产的底层结算层。 当然，这里也要留一个提醒：目前 Stock Token 的股东权利、监管定性（美国 SEC 已就类似结构发出过合规提示）、以及是否会扩展到美国本土用户，都还处在早期阶段，值得持续观察，而不是简单线性外推。 如果这一趋势最终兑现，今天回头看 Robinhood Chain，可能会发现它并不是又一条公链，而是传统金融全面走向链上的一个重要起点。
