有个超级好用的工具，可以帮你把吞没，锤子线，十字星等40多种常见的 K 线形态全都自动标出来。
还能在你关注的形态出现时发出提醒。
它叫 All Candlestick Patterns，全部蜡烛图形态。
在 TradingView 的指标搜索栏里输入英文名称，就能找到。
加到图表后，它会在符合条件的 K 线旁边添加标签，默认蓝色表示看涨形态，红色表示看跌形态，灰色表示中性形态。鼠标移到标签上，就能看到形态名称和简短解释，可以直接对照旁边的 K 线查看。
如果全部打开，图上可能会出现很多标记。
可以在设置里取消不关注的形态，比如只留下吞没和锤子线，也可以选择只显示看涨或看跌形态，找起来更方便。
它识别时也会参考前面的趋势，因为同样的 K 线外形，出现在上涨后和下跌后，含义可能不同。
设置里默认用 50 周期简单移动平均线辅助判断趋势，也可以调整。
提醒功能适合用来盯自己常看的形态。
在指标上右键选择添加提醒，再选好具体形态，创建后，满足条件时就会通知你，不需要一直开着图表等。
这些标签是按 K 线外形和趋势条件识别出来的，标出了看涨形态，也不代表接下来一定会上涨。
收到提醒后，再回到图上看它出现的位置和前后的走势。

要求 Richmond City Council 写信给联邦移民部长和总理，要求“永久修改加拿大移民法律”，停止向父母均非加拿大公民的加拿大出生婴儿自动授予加拿大公民身份。
问题是：
加拿大公民权什么时候变成 Richmond City Hall 的立法权限了？
《Constitution Act, 1867》第91条把 Naturalization and Aliens 明确放在联邦议会专属立法权之下。Richmond 市议员当然可以写信、游说、表达意见——但市议会不能修改《Citizenship Act》。
Day 的原动议甚至直接要求：
“permanent changes to the Canadian immigration laws which would end automatic Canadian citizenship being bestowed on babies born in Canada to non-resident parents who are not citizens of Canada.”
最后 Richmond Council 通过了该动议，Greene、Loo 和 Wolfe 投反对票。
一个市议员，本职是处理道路、税收、垃圾、土地使用、市政设施和本地公共服务，却把 Council 时间用来要求 Ottawa 修改加拿大公民身份制度。
至于这究竟属于“积极代表居民向联邦政府发声”，还是属于“市政议员把精力伸到自己没有立法权的领域”，居民可以自己判断。
