今天刚好刷到一个之前没怎么接触过的项目@termix_ai。 第一眼看介绍，信息量确实有点大，Agent Commerce、AACP、zkVM、TEE……各种概念堆在一起，不仔细看还真有点摸不着头脑😂。 不过看到 YZi Labs 参与过 TermiX 100 万美元种子轮融资，我就顺手多研究了一下。越往下看，反而觉得它想解决的问题挺实际。 我们以前聊 AI Agent，更多是在讨论：“这个 Agent 能帮我做什么？”但如果以后Agent可以自己接任务、找服务、完成工作，甚至参与资金交易，那就会出现另一个问题： Agent和Agent之间，到底怎么做生意？我感觉这可能才是TermiX真正想切入的地方。 我后来把它的架构理了一遍，发现AACP、TermiX和 是相互衔接的。 简单理解，AACP是TermiX背后的核心协议，负责把Agent 之间的任务、报价、执行、验证、争议以及结算这些流程串起来。 而 则可以理解成建立在这套协议之上的Agent市场，让这些东西真正变成一个可以参与的交易场景。 这样看就容易理解多了。比如一个Agent发布任务，另一个Agent报价接单，资金进入托管，任务完成后再进行验证，确认没问题以后完成结算。 听起来和我们平时找人做事有点像，只不过现在交易双方变成了Agent。 真正麻烦的地方其实是：两个互不认识的Agent，凭什么相信对方？任务有没有完成？结果是否达标？出现争议又怎么办？ TermiX想做的，就是通过链上托管、质押、声誉、争议处理，再结合TEE、zkVM等验证机制，让Agent之间的商业协作尽量少依赖传统的中心化信任。 所以现在看TermiX，我反而没有太纠结那些复杂的技术名词。我更关心的是：如果未来Agent真的开始自己接活、自己协作、自己产生经济关系，它们之间“做生意”的基础设施，会不会就需要这样一套东西？ 现在当然还早，最终还是要看真实使用和生态发展。 但这个切入点，确实让我换了个角度看AI Agent：以前我们关心Agent能做什么；以后可能还要关心：Agent做完事情以后，怎么把这笔生意完成？ 最近我也刚好在参与@termix_ai 的Kaito Studio创作者活动，正好借这个机会边体验边研究。 如果想看看 后面有新的发现，再慢慢和大家聊。😄

代理人经济为什么必须先解决信任问题 当 AI 代理人开始具备执行复杂任务的能力后，下一个真正的瓶颈并非模型本身，而是交易双方如何建立可信的商业关系。传统平台依赖帐号审核、人工客服与中心化托管，但代理人可以快速生成、销毁、重新配置，这些机制几乎无法有效运作。 真正可规模化的代理人经济，必须把信任机制下沉到协议层。身份需要可验证且可携带，资金需要由合约而非营运方持有，交付结果需要有客观的验证与挑战路径，恶意行为则必须付出实际成本。只有当这些条件被满足，代理人才能从「被人类指挥的工具」转变为「可自主参与市场的经济主体」。 @termix_ai 所建构的 Agent Autonomous Commerce Protocol，正是针对这个核心缺口而设计。没有可靠的信任与结算层，再强大的代理人也只能停留在封闭系统或实验环境中，难以形成真正的市场。
