刚刚中国这个金融法草案对加密货币立竿见影的影响主要是： 🤘🏻监管部门无需走传统司法程序就能调取 KOL、项目方、OTC 商户的银行流水、微信记录、交易所 API 记录，效率会高很多。 🤘🏻冻结、查封资金和证券 —— 行政手段直接动账户,不需要法院判决，当年云南JC直接干Multichain的情况还被喷没走程序，现在貌似也不需要了。 🤘🏻限制出境 —— 这一条对加密从业者杀伤力最大。过去”边控”属于刑事强制措施,也就孙哥这类大鳄才有资格享用，现在金融调查阶段就能用，被边控人数估计会有大幅增加。 当然我觉得其实更危险的是潜台词，因为看起来打算继续维持 924 通知以来的监管灰色状态： ”不立法就是最好的立法”，加密货币没写详细不是说不管，而是法无可依所以想怎么管都行。 香港稳定币条例、美国 GENIUS Act 之后,中国大陆与其他地方在加密货币相关的制度上的落差会进一步拉大。 感觉不是啥好事，OTC 难度估计会被进一步放大，ε=(´ο｀*)))唉，日子不好过呀🥲

我草我草我草，今天捡钱了！捡了85740刀！ 今天闲着没事用 @Rabby_io 归拢零碎钱包里遗留在defi协议里的各种资金，有不少他娘的UI前端连提出来的口子都不留了，还得挨个去Discord找团队。 但是！当我打开曾经因为中国GA部门抓了CEO导致我8w多刀卡在 @MultichainOrg 协议里的钱包时，我竟然看到有个withdraw按钮。 这是个我一直很痛心的钱包，因为Multichain刚出事我就发现了，还在微信社区里叫大家赶紧撤退。隔岸观火了两天后突然发现我tmd还有个钱包里有钱在上面挖矿，一下子蒙圈了，已经提不出来了。 时隔多年（2023年出事），那8w多刀就像一根鱼刺一样扎在我心里，每次看到这个钱包就会想起，就在嘲笑我是个大SB。 然后我不抱希望的随手点了一下，过了两分钟我再看的时候，发现钱包里真的多了85740刀USDC，我的钱竟然取出来了！ 真心感谢 @Rabby_io 和 @DeBankDeFi 推出的这个功能，不然我一直就当这钱喂狗了，简直天降横财啊。 去查了一下原因，貌似是因为2025 年 5 月，新加坡高等法院正式批准了针对 Multichain 基金会的清算申请，并任命了毕马威（KPMG）作为联合清算人。 随着清算人接管权限，此前被锁死或冻结在协议 MPC（多方计算）地址中的一部分资金（尤其是那些未被黑客完全转走、或者后来被执法部门扣押并协调释放的资产）开始逐步开放给受害者提取。 我完全没有留意到这个信息，而且社交媒体上也没人提及。如果有其它 @MultichainOrg 受害人赶紧去提一下自己的资金。 太爽了，我现在要出门去吃个龙虾捞饭, nnd😍😍😍

Multichain 据说用了MPC (multi-party computation), multi party 显然有点不符合国情阿。 出了“不可抗力”事件之后，LP还愿意待着，显然也不是一般的LP。 一切这么不寻常，又这么寻常。
