🇺🇸 Delaware's stablecoin legislation passed 21-0 in the Senate, creating a licensing framework aligning with the federal GENIUS Act.
The law requires 1-to-1 reserve backing, establishes a $5M minimum capital requirement and voluntary registration for digital asset providers.
