President Trump says the vandals accused of damaging the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool have been caught, alleging they used a box cutter or other sharp object to slash the newly restored pool and dumped fertilizer into the water.
Speaking during the White House Rose Garden Club Dinner with American farmers, Trump said the suspects "have some problems ahead of them" and described them as "sick people."
Trump praised crews for quickly restoring the Reflecting Pool, saying it “looks beautiful.”

The woman seen in the now-viral video dumping a Knicks-colored trash can along New York City’s parade route has been identified as Angie Baez, a financial industry executive.
After the New York Post contacted JPMorgan Chase about the incident, the company confirmed she is no longer employed there.
Baez wasn’t the only one causing chaos in the city, fans climbed cars, trucks, and anything else they could find to celebrate.
