President Trump says the vandals accused of damaging the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool have been caught, alleging they used a box cutter or other sharp object to slash the newly restored pool and dumped fertilizer into the water. Speaking during the White House Rose Garden Club Dinner with American farmers, Trump said the suspects "have some problems ahead of them" and described them as "sick people." Trump praised crews for quickly restoring the Reflecting Pool, saying it “looks beautiful.”
