BREAKING: Federal law enforcement sources confirm to @FoxNews that the suspect arrested for stabbing two UMass Dartmouth football players over the weekend, killing one, is a Nigerian national who had been in the U.S. illegally as a B-2 visa overstay, but was shielded from deportation by the Biden administration in 2022 when they granted his request for “deferred action” (a discretionary choice by the U.S. government to delay deportation). He then applied for deferred action again in 2025, and the Trump administration approved it and again shielded him from deportation. Chukwunonso Uzoma David Uzoma Eze was taken into custody by police in Providence, RI after the stabbings, which happened in the parking lot of a lounge, and he is now charged with murder. He applied for deferred action, which was approved Sept. 21, 2022.   On Aug. 24, 2023, he applied for employment authorization. That request was rejected Sept. 25, 2023. SpaceX has just officially announced Starbase, Louisiana, a new $100+ billion spaceport in South Louisiana near Pecan Island. Construction starts in 2027, with the first Starship launch from the new site planned for 2029. Starbase, Louisiana will be built to support thousands of Starship flights a year. This self-sustaining spaceport will have propellant production, power generation, deep-water shipping capabilities, vehicle processing facilities, and an airport. SpaceX is committed to investing at least $100 billion and creating more than 3,000 new jobs at Starbase, Louisana hiring heavily from nearby communities and utilizing Louisiana workers’ extensive experience of building complex infrastructure in their unique environment. 🚨OH MY GOSH!!!! A man who K*LLED his own landlord was just allowed to walk out of a Virginia mental facility on a "weekend pass"... ...and used it to board a ONE-WAY international flight out of the country. He is GONE. And he is not coming back. His name is Abdulloi Toshpulodzoda. Back in 2019, police say he k*lled his landlord. When investigators showed up, they found him covered in blood. He was found "not guilty by reason of insanity" and committed to the Northern Virginia Mental Health Institute in 2022. Under Virginia law, that facility was allowed to hand this man UNESCORTED weekend and day passes. No guard. No escort. Just... go, and please come back. A FREAKING K*LLER ON THE LOOSE!!!!!! So on July 6, he took his little weekend pass, drove to Dulles Airport, and boarded a one-way flight to Tajikistan. Someone even bought his ticket for him. In his name. With a window seat. It gets worse. The prosecutors had actually OPPOSED letting him out in June. They warned it was a public safety risk. But they say once it's out of court, they have NO say in what the facility decides. So the people whose JOB is public safety said "no"... and a mental health facility overrode them and gave a blood-soaked accused murderer a pass to leave. And the cherry on top? Prosecutors didn't file to get a cross-border warrant until August 5th. A FULL MONTH after he was already gone!!!! He's now in a country with no extradition. He is never seeing an American courtroom again. An accused m*rderer just escaped justice completely... because a bureaucracy gave him a weekend pass and nobody stopped him. WE DO NOT HAVE TO LIVE LIKE THIS!!!!!!!
