I have a clean Under the Hood report for the month of July! 🥳 I used to always wonder about my reach and visibility and was convinced something was wrong with my account. But it turns out my assumptions were wrong. According to my Under the Hood report, X found zero labels on my account or any of my posts that would have limited my reach during July. That means nothing in the system flagged my account or content in a way that reduced its distribution in the For You feed. My posts were not subject to any of the visibility restrictions tracked by the report. So for the entire month of July 2026, I had a completely clean Under the Hood report: zero reach-limiting labels at either the account or post level. 🥳 Sometimes low reach really is just… low reach. 😅 I just love this new feature. It gives us a little more transparency into what’s actually happening with our accounts instead of leaving us guessing. Curious to know what you think about the new Under the Hood feature so far.

70%的美国年轻人不信任马斯克。 他们虽然会频繁使用AI，但不相信掌握AI的人，也不相信AI会改善自己的工作和生活。 著名研究机构Generation Lab调查了1000多名18至34岁的美国人。 问卷中列出了9位AI行业领导者，问他们是否相信这些人会负责任地处理AI问题，结果非常惨烈。 其中，不信任率最高的，是美国国防科技公司Palantir的CEO亚历克斯·卡普，达到81%， 紧随其后的就是这家公司的董事长，彼得·蒂尔，79%。 Anthropic的CEO达里奥不信任率是76%， 马斯克，扎克伯格，奥尔特曼和黄仁勋也都在70%左右。 另一项研究调查也显示，年轻人们对AI职业前景也很悲观，45%认为AI会伤害自己的职业，只有10%觉得它会带来帮助。

deepseek内部管理上肯定出了大问题，收了这么多NOI和NOIP金牌和清北本科，居然没有一个人站出来劝梁子先别发布deepseek harness这种东西出来。 deepseek这次也结结实实吃了一次教训，以后这种项目千万别挂上deepseek的大名字，老老实实成立个deepseek future lab（deepseek未来实验室）， 把所有类似这种项目全挂靠在这个lab里，老老实实拿后羿、女娲、鸿蒙、盘古、方舟、朱雀、玄武、麒麟、鲲鹏这些人畜无害的中华田园土味神话起名字，成功了就说是deepseek全力研发，反响平淡或者明显灌水或者出现事故的就说是lab的试验品，让实习生背锅就完事儿了。 非要让那三个PL和TCS嘉豪瞎几把折腾一顿，做了个水项目，还要冠上deepseek harness这种大公司+大方向的大名字，让这种项目和deepseek进行耻辱共享，完全就是等着回旋镖。 当然最大的问题还是先管管内部，这么多清北本科+NOI金牌聚在一起，不能在关键时刻给一个高中级别的建议，让非CS科班的老板梁子出了个大丑，属实不应该。

I’m leaving Meta to start a new company. Building the TBD Lab alongside Mark @finkd and Alex @alexandr_wang has been deeply inspiring and fulfilling. I’m proud of what our multimodal team accomplished across Muse Spark, Voice Mode, Muse Image, and Muse Video, and even prouder of the team that made it possible. Over time, I’ve felt increasingly drawn to a problem that will matter deeply to humanity’s future, yet remains largely underexplored. It now has my full attention. More to share as the work takes shape.
