Her inspection lasted all of 5 minutes before she discovered that the spare tire well was full of rusty water. Someone at your seller location failed big time. She declined delivery, but has been told she must eat the $700 delivery fee. That’s not right. You guys failed to inspect and remedy the issue before shipping. You need to refund her delivery fee.

.@Ford issued a safety recall for my vehicle 11 months ago with no remedy available. Almost a year later, there is still no remedy available for this Ford Recall Campaign. My vehicle could catch on fire anytime I’m driving it, resulting in a crash causing injury or death to me and my family. Remedy Isn’t Worried About Releasing Control Resonant Near GTA 6 Most game developers would avoid launching near GTA 6, but Remedy Entertainment sees things differently. Remedy CEO Jean-Charles Gaudechon explained why the studio isn’t concerned about releasing Control Resonant around Rockstar’s Grand Theft Auto VI. Instead of viewing GTA 6 as a threat, Remedy believes it will benefit the entire gaming industry. Gaudechon said 2026 is expected to “raise the tide” for everyone, as GTA 6 will attract millions of players Remedy is confident its game will stand out. As Gaudechon put it, players can “expect a voice that will cut through the noise.” Remedy’s stance is that the studio’s loyal fanbase will help the game find its audience.

Remedy Entertainment’s new CEO, Jean-Charles Gaudechon, recently said that both Alan Wake and Control deserved to sell more copies than they did. In an interview with The Game Business, Gaudechon said: “It’s a pity, I think Alan Wake should have sold more. Remedy Entertainment’s creative director Mikael Kasurinen has confirmed that the studio always planned for Control to become an RPG franchise. The idea originated during the Quantum Break era. They used the original 2019 game Control as a testing ground introducing dialogue choices, ability upgrades, side quests, and exploration mechanics typical of RPGs. Marketed as an action-adventure title, it laid the foundation for a full RPG series. The upcoming sequel, Control: Resonant, lwill expand on this vision. It is being developed as a proper action-RPG with talent trees, character builds, and deeper progression systems, while preserving the horror and paranormal atmosphere of the Oldest House.

If passed, the bill would apply to paid digital games sold after January 1, 2027. It requires that if a company shuts down the online services needed to play the game normally, it must give players 60 days' notice and either release a patch so the game can still be played or offer buyers a full refund. The bill does not require companies to keep servers running forever. It simply prevents them from making a game unplayable without warning or a solution for those who already paid for it. The Entertainment Software Association, the main group representing video game companies in the United States, is lobbying against the bill. Their arguments are basically the usual ones: >games are licensed, not owned >online services are complicated >third-party licenses expire >security risks exist >this could be hard or expensive to enforce Supporters of the bill, including the Stop Killing Games campaign, say this is basic customer protection because when you buy a game, it should not suddenly stop working with no remedy. The bill gives companies clear options and applies only to future games. A hearing is scheduled for this Thursday in the California Assembly Appropriations Committee. This is an important step for better rights for players who buy digital games.
