Canton Network上现在可以直接铸造和结算USD1了 这件事8月25日官宣的 不是桥接过去，是原生发行 USD1直接在Canton上铸造、流通、结算，不经过其他链中转。 为什么这个动作值得单独拿出来说？ 因为 @CantonNetwork 不是一条普通公链 // Canton Network是 Digital Asset 做的一条专门给机构用的公共区块链 它的参与方名单长这样：DTCC、Goldman Sachs、JPMorgan、BNP Paribas、HSBC、BNY Mellon、Broadridge、Euroclear、Tradeweb 超过 600 家机构接入 这条链每个月处理超过 9 万亿美元的代币化资产 每天有超过 3500 亿美元的链上美国国债在上面流转 这些数字不是 TVL，不是散户交易量 是机构之间的资产发行、回购、借贷、抵押品调配 Canton 的核心设计是隐私 加合规：交易信息只对相关方可见，不像以太坊那样全网广播 这是机构愿意用它的前提 银行不可能把自己的交易对手、持仓规模、结算细节公开给所有人看 Digital Asset 今年6月刚拿了a16z领投的3.55亿美元融资。 —— 回到 USD1 USD1是 WLFI的美元稳定币 当前流通市值约 40.5 亿美元，DeFiLlama 上排全球第六大稳定币 储备由 BitGo Bank & Trust 管理：100% 由短期美国国债、政府货币市场基金、美元存款支持。每月披露储备情况 8 月14日，World Liberty Trust Company 拿到了 OCC（美国货币监理署）的有条件国家信托银行牌照批准 如果最终获批，USD1 的发行、赎回和储备管理会从 BitGo 转移到 World Liberty Trust 自己手里 等于稳定币发行方直接变成联邦监管下的银行 但目前还没有最终批准 World Liberty Trust 还需要满足一些前置条件：至少 2000 万美元合格资本、聘请合格内审负责人等。OCC 保留撤回批准的权力 所以现阶段，USD1 的发行方仍然是 BitGo // 原生发行到底解决什么问题？ 传统金融里，你买一笔代币化国债，资产腿和现金腿是分开结算的 资产在链上，钱可能还在银行间系统里走 T+1 甚至 T+2 中间有时差，有对手方风险，有流动性缓冲成本 原生发行的意思是：USD1 和代币化资产在同一笔交易里同步完成结算 资产交割和付款是原子操作 要么同时成功，要么同时失败 不存在「我把资产给你了但钱还没到」的窗口期 而且两边共享Canton的隐私和权限控制 机构不需要把结算细节暴露给无关方 WLFI联合创始人 Zak Folkman 说的一句话我觉得点到了核心：「机构已经把万亿级的美国国债和政府债搬到链上了，但结算的美元端还跑在老基础设施上,成本和风险就卡在这个缝隙里。」 ———— ➤ USD1 在 Canton 上的具体用途： ► 代币化 RWA（美国国债等）的原子结算 当「现金腿」 ► 衍生品抵押 ► 机构借贷 ► 资产发行与赎回 ► 7×24 小时跨境支付和融资 这些场景的共同点是：都需要一个合规的、有储备支撑的、能在链上即时结算的美元 USD1 在 Canton 上原生发行之后，就不需要再从以太坊或其他链桥接过来，少了一层中间环节。 ◇　◆　◇ 我的看法 USD1 这步棋的方向很清楚：不跟USDT、USDC在散户市场卷，直接切机构结算 Canton 是目前机构参与度最高的链之一 Goldman Sachs 在上面发过数字债券，DTCC 计划今年在 Canton 上跑代币化国债交易的生产环境，JPMorgan 的 Kinexys（前身是 JPM Coin）也在部署 USD1 选择在这里原生发行，等于直接把自己嵌进了机构资金流转的管道里 但有几个问题我现在回答不了： 第一，Canton 上已经有其他稳定币（包括 USDC 的 Canton 版本 USDCx）。USD1 能拿到多少份额，取决于机构的实际选择，不取决于谁先发公告 第二，World Liberty Trust 的 OCC 牌照还没最终落地。如果最终获批，USD1 就是联邦监管下的银行直接发行的稳定币，这在合规层面确实比现在的 USDT 和 USDC 都更硬。但「如果」两个字还在 第三，WLFI 和 Trump 家族的关联是公开信息。这既是它能快速拿到机构合作的原因之一，也是它面临政治风险和利益冲突质疑的原因。OCC 审批用了 221 天，几乎是正常周期的两倍 我不做价格预测 但从产品动作看，USD1 正在从「又一个稳定币」变成「机构结算基础设施的一部分」 这个定位如果能站住，它的天花板就不是散户交易量能衡量的 具体储备细节、OCC 最终审批进展、Canton 上的实际采用情况，以官方披露为准。DYOR #usd1#
