➥ DREAMMATES PROGRAM Every community says it values contributors but very few actually create a system to recognize them. @sleepagotchi just introduced the Dreammates program, and I think it’s a smart move. The idea is simple: ➊ Show up consistently. ➋ Help other members. ➌ Take part in meaningful discussions. ➍ Stay engaged with the Dino IP and the @sleepagotchi ecosystem. Each week, only a small number of members will be selected, and there’s a cap on how many Dreammates can exist at once. What I like is that the role isn’t something you earn once and keep forever. You have to stay active and keep contributing to maintain it. That makes it feel less like a reward for being present and more like a reward for continuously adding value. In a space where a lot of communities focus on activity numbers, it’s refreshing to see quality contributions being prioritized instead.
