During her sentencing for the murder of her husband, Eric Richins, convicted murderer, Kouri Richins spoke directly to her sons, telling them that her and Eric's love "never failed."
"Your dad and I were a lot of things, a mess of sorts sometimes. But we were this crazy, beautiful mess that made us a family because our love was enough," she said.
Richins was convicted in March of multiple felony charges, including aggravated murder and attempted aggravated murder. Prosecutors said she served her late husband a cocktail she laced with a lethal dose of fentanyl in March 2022.
