Codex 疯狂写磁盘的问题已经修复了 ✅
但 Codex App 暂时还没更新，需要手动更新 Codex CLI 到 0.142.0 才能解决问题。
两种更新方式：
方式一：在 Claude Code 里用 AI 帮你更新 直接输入提示词：
```search web & update codex cli```
让 AI 自动搜索并完成更新。
方式二：npm 手动更新
```npm install -g @openai/codex@latest```
更新完就不会再疯狂写磁盘了
