Why did you switch to Codex?
What do you like about it and what could we improve? Don’t say reset.
I previously promised a reset for every 1M in additional active users for Codex, until 10M.

That's right, GPT-5.6 Sol is awesome and can be used pretty much anywhere, including in the CC harness.
To celebrate this, together with the fact that I'm not going anywhere... I have reset usage limits for all paid users of ChatGPT Work and Codex.

I would love to help, but I don’t work at Anthropic.
It does seem odd that they would ban your account for using their harness with another model.
Anyone else in the same situation?
Tibo, I followed the setup in this post almost exactly. Shortly afterward, Anthropic suspended my account.
I’ve filed an appeal. Full implementation is public here:

You can just ask Codex with GPT-5.6 Sol the wildest things and it will just do it.
I talk to it for 5 minutes straight with things that just seem to require weeks of work, get up to get something in the fridge, pet the dog, come back and ... it's done.

I asked Codex to pull up some stats and I receive on average one DM or email every 6 or so minutes to ask for a reset. I occasionally do oblige if it comes with really solid feedback or banter.

Some fine folks apparently misunderstood, but the GPT-5.6 Luna price reduction by 80% is not a temporary stunt, it's permanent. Efficiency gains don't go away. Fortunately.
GPT-5.4 full at xhigh scored 51, exactly where Luna max sits today. GPT-5.4 costs $2.50/$15; Luna now costs $0.20/$1.20. In other words, roughly four months later, OpenAI is selling March’s full flagship intelligence at about one-thirteenth the token price.

Given some of the results I'm seeing recently, it's pretty clear Codex is a good harness.
But it will seem primitive in 2-3 months and we're about to go through another major evolution in how we use AI at the frontier. The next generation of models need more than your laptop.
