New financial year. So I'm neck-deep in planning.
My process is simple. I dump a mess of half-thoughts into an AI agent. It gives me back a structured plan of some sort. Then it drops it into Confluence with a bunch of Gantt charts to get my brain moving.
The loop was always fine to get me started. The chart was the problem.
It was a Mermaid diagram. And Mermaid diagrams are ugly. Flat. Static. They look like a 2012 wiki.
Remix quietly changed the whole thing. Same data. Completely different page.
✅ It actually looks good now
✅ It's interactive - you can filter it and click into it
✅ When I don't know how to show something, it picks the visual for me
✅ No exports, no second tool needed
