🚨 重磅！Noam Shazeer 官宣加入 OpenAI。这位Google 传奇工程师、Transformer 核心贡献者之一 Noam Shazeer，正式离开 Google，加入了自己的对家。 “我很激动地宣布将加入 OpenAI，并期待与那里的卓越团队共事。这是一个艰难的决定……我为我们在 Google 共同打造的一切感到无比自豪。”Noam在帖文里如是说。 Noam 是 Attention is All You Need 论文的核心作者之一，也是 Transformer 架构早期最重要推动者之一。他在 Google Brain、DeepMind 的工作直接塑造了今天的整个 AI 产业。这是 2026 年 AI 军备竞赛进入白热化的又一个强烈信号。很明显，OpenAI 今年在人才争夺战中明显更具吸引力，尤其在薪酬、算力、研究自由度、产品落地速度等方面。而Google 虽然有 DeepMind，但内部决策流程、资源分配和创新文化似乎仍在持续流失顶尖人才。 Noam在 MoE 和高效架构上经验丰富，这波人才迁移，应该会进一步加速 OpenAI 在基础模型上的迭代，尤其是长上下文、多模态、Agent 方向。
