The bottleneck in software development is increasingly feedback latency. Across product, design, engineering, and QA, every handoff adds latency and late feedback makes changes more expensive. The software factory model changes this: product, design, engineering, and QA operate in the same execution loop, with shared context and continuous validation. That means fewer handoffs, faster decisions, and a shorter path from idea to production. I wrote about why I think this is becoming the next operating model for software teams and what it means for how we design the software factory itself. Would also love to hear how your team is reducing feedback latency. Link to the blog in comments
