Haven’t done an intro in a while, so here goes:
• 33 years old
• Married
• Dad of 4 kids under 7
• Christian
• Live on a farm in a barndominium we built with cash
I spent years as a pastor before jumping into entrepreneurship.
My first business was landscaping.
Built it over 7 years to $1.95M in annual revenue, debt-free.
Eventually sold it because I didn’t want the 5 a.m. starts forever or the responsibility of a building mortgage.
Started a marketing agency next.
Did well enough (~$20k/month), but I wasn’t passionate about it.
Sold that too.
Today I’m all-in on global talent recruiting.
I’m more bullish on this space than anything I’ve done before.
We help business owners hire incredible overseas talent through a simple one-time fee model.
No ongoing recruiting fees.
Clients save tens of thousands of dollars while often getting better team members than they thought possible.
Outside of business, I’m a big believer in living below your means and avoiding unnecessary debt.
We paid cash for our farm.
Built our barndominium with cash.
Not because debt is evil, but because I sleep better with margin and flexibility.
At the end of the day, I believe everything I have belongs to God anyway.
I’m just trying to steward it well.
Glad you’re here.
