BREAKING: Instagram has been running paid ads promoting child s3xual abuse material.
Around 30 unique CSAM ads and 20 adult pornography ads were identified.
The ads linked users to Telegram channels selling the CSAM content for as little as $1, a BBC investigation reveals.
