SpaceXAI just revealed how Starlink is using Grok Voice at scale. It handles over 15,000 customer support calls a day and fulfills 3,000+ orders a week.
Elon Musk had already confirmed that SpaceX and Tesla uses Grok for customer service.
"Grok is already doing quite a good job at SpaceX and Tesla. We are seeing Grok be very helpful in things like customer service and the AI is infinitely patient, so you can yell at it, and it's still going to be very nice."
