Elon Musk says it’s highly unlikely humans will still be in control of AI within the next 10 years.
He compared the future relationship between humans and AI to that of humans and chimpanzees.
“If the difference in intelligence between AI and humans is vastly greater than the difference between humans and chimpanzees… it’s hard to imagine the chimpanzees would be in charge.”
“We are essentially an evolved form of chimpanzee.”
