Microsoft, Google, and Elon Musk made a deal with a US government group called CAISI, they will let CAISI test their new, unreleased AI models early.
The tests will check for risks to national security and any strange or unexpected things the AI might do.
One system showed it could work on its own to find and use secret security holes in major computer operating systems and web browsers.
