Jason Schreier clarified that his comments about Naughty Dog were not meant to single out the studio as a unique problem for Sony.
“The whole point of this response is that Sony, like other game companies, has an issue with swelling budgets and timelines wherever they might be.”
This comes after people online interpreted his earlier comments as direct criticism of Naughty Dog.
Schreier says his point was actually about the wider AAA industry, where games are taking longer to make and costing far more than they used to.
